By far the best barbers’ shop or hairdresser I have ever used. That is now almost 30 years. I have tried a few others over the years when Beth has been unavailable and never been entirely satisfied. Great quality, great value and great people… cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely team here. I had Julie cut my hair. She was very patient with me as I was unsure what I wanted. Took me through each stage of the cut and ensured it was what I wanted. The chat was great and couldn't ask for a better price!

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality haircut at a decent price. Very friendly and professional staff who are willing to listen to what you want, and give advice. I have lived in Edinburgh my whole life and have never found a better place. 10/10

Beth has been cutting my hair for a long time, I followed her from the days at Woods’ barbers and she does a fantastic job. Her and Julie always friendly and have great banter. I won’t say how long she’s been cutting my hair but let’s just say it’s been a few years ha ha

Highly recommend this place for anyone. Especially a raggedy tourist. Visiting Edinburgh I had no idea where to get a good cut. Popped into The 3 Stooges based on their reviews and because it was close by. The service was great. Julie was the extremely friendly professional who turned my long raggedy mop into one of the best haircuts I've ever had.

I visited several other city centre barbers after my longstanding barber retired and struggled to find the quality, level of professional expertise and atmosphere I had grown accustomed to until I visited three stooges. Great place in the city centre of Edinburgh for a haircut, both Beth and Julie are good at what they do and they're always happy to chat away while they do it. Easy walking distance from anywhere in the centre of town and the late opening on Thursdays with pre-bookings offered is perfect if you work during office hours and can't make it there before 5pm during the rest of the week. Has been my regular barber for almost two years now and I've never had a problem with anything they've done.
