A little sister to the one on Hanover st but the service is just as good and the therapists are really lovely. It can be tricky to get an evening appointment as they tend to be very booked up, but this is a great spot for a wee bit of pampering when i need some me-time! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience. Great customer service and very professional staff. I've enjoyed a range of treatment here. The hot stone massage was absolutely wonderful. I love the interior design-its white and purple and sleek. The staff offer good support and advice and the online booking services proves useful when it can be hard to find time to phone.

My place of choice for any beauty treatment - whether it's a beauty necessity or a pamper treatment. I've tried many places in Edinburgh and no other salon offers such professional and relaxing at the same time service. Once my income permits I hope to become a regular. For now I enjoy an occasional treat and never fail to be impressed.

Zen Lifestyle is def place to go for expert attention therapies and advice as I have found in c 7 years mainly I've had various facial and body treatments in the Teviot or Hanover salons, tho sometimes in Bruntsfield In all, the therapists exude skilled competence and the delightful atmosphere exudes relaxation too! Although for various personal reasons I've not personally had treatments in last couple of years I would always go to Zen. I use their gift vouchers and recipients always speak very highly of their treatments eg pedicures, manicures facials/massages. Zen is the best for making you feel special! I can't speak highly enough of all aspects of Zen Salons. Go and try for yourself!

I've tried two treatments here – the Hollywood Facial and the Eye Lash Lift – both ridiculously good. As someone with sensitive skin, I tend to shy away from facials. After all, it hardly seems worth it when you come away with aggravated, angry skin. But I decided to tempt fate and try one of Zen's facials – and my word, I can see why they call it the Hollywood treatment. It was a proper pampering experience, deeply relaxing... and I came out with baby soft, super smooth skin and not a hint of redness anywhere. Amazing. If I could afford it, I would have this facial all the time. (Yes, I was that impressed!) And the Eye Lash Lift? The results were brilliant, even if it getting it done is vaguely terrifying. (If you're uncomfortable having anything placed near your eyes, this is not for you!) But if you're brave enough to try it, you'll end up with perfectly lifted, longer-looking lashes that Bambi would be proud of!

I had the rejuve pen treatment for the 2nd time at brunstfield (3 recommended), and I am loving the results. When you’re lying there you can’t see your face so the look of it is nothing like the experience. The numbing gel is put on in a way to make you relax and immediately feel pampered. The pen itself whilst puncturing the skin has only the sensation of a vibration. There is no actual feeling. The staff are swift, accurate, precise and professional, the effect is transformative. My acne scarring has all but gone whilst the lines have faded to reveal a tighter, smoother complexion all over. I went to work after 2 hrs and nobody commented on any redness but I got lots of comments later about how great my skin looked. Thanks ladies, I’ll be back soon for the 3rd

Zen provides a very relaxed but extremely comfortable setting ......where you arrive with confidence that you will have the best possible experience. I have never left Zen thinking......it was OK, as I have in other places where I have had a masssage.....I always leave Zen feeling that the experience was excellent....for me it's the best place in Edinburgh to relax and experience masssage at its very best!

Great venue. Wondeful party and celebratory atmosphere. Shame about inconsistent cocktail offerings between bars. Eg boudoir has no crushed ice and another bar ran out of basic ingredients. Also can take way too long to get served at peak times.

Disappointing last visit. Had been previously & felt price reflected the great service you got but last visit I felt person doing my treatment was quite disinterested. Know we all have off days but just felt the price did not reflect the service that day.

Best manicure service and most pain free waxing. Always use Zen and recommended to all of my friends xx
