Decided to get my hair done in braids for the first time in over 10 years for going on holiday and could not have been happier!! Made to feel extremely comfortable and I will definitely be booking again. The amount of compliments I got was amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This was our 1st time at Beauty Splendour and we were made to feel very welcome, the initial booking process was extremely easy and any questions i had were answered in the FAQ. The appointment went very smoothly, Promise was very professional and friendly, my daughter is delighted with her braids, we will definitely be booking back in again. It is a 10/10 from us.

I travelled 100 miles to Beauty Splendour and it did not disappoint. Promise and Mianda were wonderful, knowledgeable, welcoming and very efficient when it came to my daughters hair. I had the BEST experience last week with Promise and her wonderful assistant and am so pleased with my fabulous new hairstyle! I have wanted box braids for years but was always fearful having read horror stories online about painful scalps and heavy braids- my experience has been the absolute opposite!! Promise's skill and focus on making sure that your hair is always treated with the most care and respect means that I have my dream style AND my hair and scalp are looked after. She talked me through all the elements of looking after my braids and importantly, how to sleep in them! I'm so happy this has been my first experience of braiding and it definitely won't be my last- I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

The studio was spotless and I felt very comfortable as they proceeded to apply my box braids very neatly! I was very impressed :) just be prepared to film a couple of tiktoks! Excellent service from Promise today doing half head cornrows on my 6 year old daughter. She is a lovely person and very welcoming. My daughter loves her hair and can’t wait to come back again already.

From the moment I arrived until a left my appointment, Promise ensured I had a great experience. She was friendly, professional and punctual. I was extremely happy with my braids (which are very reasonably priced). I’m glad to have found the perfect hairdresser in Glasgow and will definitely be going back to get my hair done by her again. An absolutely AMAZING experience with Promise at Beauty Splendour! I have been searching for a great braider in Glasgow for nearly 5 years and with Promise I have finally found her. Beauty Splendour first and foremost provides an amazing hairstyling service. My hair (waist length braids with boho wisps) looks incredible, was so quick, and has received so many compliments within just a few days! Her braiding is neat and long lasting WITHOUT causing tension to my scalp! I could comfortably sleep on my hair from day 1. She also gave easy to follow aftercare and recommended great products Secondly the salon itself is clean and beautiful. It's a very professional setup and super easy to find on Google Maps. Promise's own floral arrangements add a lovely touch as well. Beauty Splendour is also Covid safe, so you feel in good hands at all times Lastly, Promise is so lovely to talk to! When you know you're going to be stuck in the braiding chair all day, it can be daunting not knowing who you'll be spending that time with, but Promise creates such a comfortable environment. She is personable, funny, has great stories and great advice (but doesn't push you to talk 24/7 if you're feeling introverted) All in all, so happy to have finally found Beauty Splendour and i would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

My daughter got her braids done by Promise in October 2020. Service Promises customer service is excellent; she answered my enquiries before booking promptly and was always pleasant and informative. She sent us a reminder ahead of the appointment; this was a nice touch as the appointment had been booked for a while, so there was a level of reassurance. Promise was excellent with my daughter and really put my mind at ease also. She worked fast but very gentle, my daughter felt no pain and considering she was working on her hair for 8 hours, which proves what a fantastic stylist promise is. Promise also checked in with me post completing the braids to ensure my daughter was managing her hair. This extra touch made the experience all the more personal The Hair Promise asked for Pics of the desired hairstyle and had no issues going to IG pages I sent her to ensure she matched the colours required. I felt this step was a great touch as my daughter was particular about what she wanted, and I needed to be sure it was possible before booking. The braids were complete to a high quality and lasted 8 weeks, they would have lasted longer, but we took them out as per advice. The salon The salon is beautiful, immaculate and organised. It was also comfortable, extremely important considering the length of time spent in the salon. I can't recommend Beauty Splendor enough, the level of professionalism, the quality of service and the finished result are just second to none. We will defo be back soon!

I am someone with extremely high standards and only give credit where its due. In the last 17 years no hairdresser met my standards. I always left the salon unhappy. My assessments of a salon includes cleanliness of the salon, customer service, hairstyling and aftercare advice to mention a few. I had driven nearly 4 hours to Glasgow out of my own intuition that I was to discover the stylist who would finally meet all my expectations. Words cannot describe the service I received at Beauty Splendour. I felt like VIP, the service was tailor made to suit my individual needs. May I also mention the Salon was so clean with all equipment/ tools nicely organised. It was nice to visit a salon that does not have hair on the floor for a change.
