What an absolute gem of a place. Both my boys received excellent hair cuts today from the most excellent Connor. He's got a lovely way with clients, and really chill with the kids. Spoke to them directly and asked their opinions over lengths etc which is important to me. My 10 year old is now rocking a mullet and my 6 year old rocking a really well cut cloud of curls up top. They loved their grown up experience and their seriously grown up hairdos. Easy to book, easy to find and a cool place to hang out for an hour. Thanks Connor! 5 stars isn't enough 👏👍

I’ve seen Sean at Brother Men’s Stylist three times now: twice before my wedding for a more classic cut (once the day before to please the mother and the other half - he squeezed a haircut into what was just a beard trimming slot) and then once when I got back for a bit of a style change. Best gent’s hairdresser I’ve been to in a long time, and certainly in Glasgow. I’ve always seen Sean but my brother and other half saw someone else (sorry I don’t know your names) and they were both extremely pleased too.

Sean consistently gives me the best haircut I can find! My usual barber in London is much pricier, well reviewed and gives me half the quality of the cut that I get from Sean. He understands what I want often better than I can articulate myself, and executes it with ease. Always thoroughly enjoy my time catching up with him, and a really relaxing experience overall.

You get what you pay for! I'm a customer of at least 5 years, and while prices have slightly increased (~£3) after Covid-19, can you blame them? The environment is wonderful and importantly the haircuts are great. They do what you ask, rather than what they want as other places often do. I can't recommend enough! Went again today, they're still lovely!

Had a great time at Brother earlier today. My barber Sean was awesome and he knew exactly what I was looking for. The end result is possibly the best haircut I've ever gotten. The venue itself is warm and inviting with some really cool decorative elements and a chill atmosphere. The selection of music is excellent and the hair products used are top notch. Great barber shop! I've been here two times, once with Ben and once with Tim. They are both great at what they do, and I've been more than happy with the result both times. First time visit but sure to be a long term customer now. Normally barbers just give you a fairly standard cut when you ask for a new style. However, Sean listened to what I wanted to change and gave me some options and examples before giving me a fantastic new look to try out. Loved the atmosphere and the service was impeccable, all with a sweet student discount at the end. Despite being a bit pricier than other local barbers I'd say every penny was well spent.

Excellent service! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have long hair and a beard that get cut very infrequently but I needed a tidy for an upcoming wedding. Brother was absolutely the right place for me to go! Right off the bat I was offered a Dram, my jacket was taken, and I was already on first name terms with my barber, Ross, who's a new face there. I had a few ideas of what I wanted to try and Ross was happy to oblige. He made suggestions for a layer that I declined as I wanted to try out the cut without them. With a beard trim the appointment cut came to £30 and I walked out happy. The next day however, I decided that I wasn't sure about the cut I'd opted for and popped in close to closing time to see if they could squeeze me in and maybe alter the do slightly. I would have been happy to pay for the inconvenience. I was greeted with a warm welcome handshake on first name terms and was told it wouldn't be a problem! Ross put in the layers that he'd suggested the previous day at no extra cost and I was had my beard oiled too; I actually picked up a bottle of the beard oil for a reasonable price from them too! Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service at Brother and I will definitely be coming back again even if I might have to forgo growing my hair out!

This is not only about getting an hair-cut, but having a nice break and enjoying the moment. I've been to a few places in Glasgow but after Mike cut my hair I've not been anywhere else in 2 years. He's an absolute pro and a great communicator who's happy to talk over what you want and what he's going to do before he does it. My cuts have always been on point and I've recommended the shop to friends. Connor MacLeod is the guy you need and want. My son was booked in to get a cut. As all wee ones age 4 do. He decided he wasn't having it cut. I then decided to go first. Top place. Called up around 3pm on a Sunday was seen by 3.30pm (although website still says they are closed on Sundays). Was genuinely a great experience all be it my first, and not the last visit. Ive had bad luck going to new places in the past but the level of service and quality of cut is second to none. Today was my 4th visit to Brothers. I recently moved back home from down south where I had the same Barber for over 7 years so was a bit apprehensive about changing. That all changed when I walked in on my first visit, warmly welcomed within seconds, jacket taken and offered a drink. I run Customer Experience operations for a living and can honestly say that I would be proud if all my staff delivered the level of experience I receive at Brothers. Service is of course however, only one half of what makes a great barbers; I have had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Sean on each of my visits and each has been a great experience. Sean really knows what he's doing and offers a true consiltative experience. Always leave happy and it has been slightly different each time, getting better and better. And to top it all off, great tunes everytime I'm in!
