Had an Ultimate Skin Care Package facial with Zoe and can honestly say it’s the best facial I have ever had. My skin looks and feels amazing. Zoe is so good at explaining everything she is doing and giving advice about products that would benefit my skin

U could feel the effort from her that she was trying her best to help me with my back as its been really sore. Felt amazing afterwards. Made to feel welcome and at ease. The ladies are professional, courteous and respect privacy. So many treatments to chose from. Easy to book via Instagram and online with a calendar view for availability. I can’t wait to return!

Really lovely salon and Neil did an amazing job with my balayage, really love it. The price is quite extortionate though, paid £30 deposit and then £75 on the day, so over £100 for a balayage. Lovely people and atmosphere though, would definitely go back!

I have had various treatments at Charisma that I have always been pleased with. Most recently I had eyelash extensions completed by Zoe and topped up by Claire. Both treatments were excellent and far superior to any other salon I’ve visited in the past. I had so many compliments on how great my lashes looked . The therapists here are knowledgeable and friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just love my long overdue cut & colour. It’s amazing how good you feel when your hair is the perfect blonde . I was desperate to get my hair done but also a wee bit nervous ... no need as I felt really comfortable in the salon Neil explained the rules and it’s clear a lot of thought & effort was put into keeping staff & clients safe. Will never go anywhere else now! Neil gave me the best advice about what was better for my hair and has made it look amazing! So healthy looking and shiny. The service is second to none and so much attention to detail for the clients, mini breakfast in the morning, teas,coffees or lemon water. All the staff are so nice and Neil is my go to for anything to do with my hair now. I’ve never walked out of a salon 100% happy with my hair until now!

Have had various treatments at Charisma as well as having my hair done here too. Had a facial with Zoe a couple of days ago and the results are fantastic skin has improved a 100% and a noticeable reduction in the wrinkle department !! Cant fault this place.

This salon is a jewel in Yoker. Best hairdresser I’ve had for years with convenient opening hours and parking. I love the beauty treatments the salon offer especially the “me time” specials. I’ve had my semi permanent eyebrows done here and they are fantastic! If you’ve got great eyebrows you can face anything. Can’t recommend Charisma Studios enough.

Had my annual top up today for my brows and they look fab as always. I originally had them done about 4yrs ago now and what a difference they've made to not only my face but my life. I used to dread hot weather as my eyebrows would sweat off literally but now I dont give it a 2nd thought. Claire's absolutely amazing at what she does so much so my mum has had her eyebrows done too as she was so impressed with mine. They look so natural that most people dont even realise they're tattooed. I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. She is a lovely person who totally puts you at ease and is fantastically talented too.

Charisma Studio is my favourite place to go for anything beauty wise, the work they do there is fantastic, from hair to eyelashes and everything else. No matter what mood I'm in or how I'm feeling about myself I know that as soon as I go through the doors at Charisma Studio I'm going to leave feeling fantastic and beautiful. It's not just getting ur beauty treatments done and over with ether as every person there is so friendly and willing to help plus they really do give u the best, honest advice on how to achieve what ur looking for, then come up with a plan to make it happen, which I find very reare these days cause it seems like that part of customer service has disappeared but not from Charisma Studio. Every member of this team is great, so is the salon and the work they do is not only professional but stunning aswell!!!! I can not recommend this salon enough, try them out and u'll realise that u'll never need to go anywhere else ever again.
