D.Too long a wait and khalid cuts your hair, does fine but while your waiting on him his brother comes along and volunteers to cut your hair, you sit in chair his brother cut your hair but only sides no experience, then when khalid has done his client you are passed as a leftover to khalid from his brother prolonging the ever so long process. At the end the charge should be 18 but its twenty pounds 50pence which can be 20 pounds if your lucky. I want these guys to win but serious improvements needed. And where does the extra two pounds come from.
