Torn between saying to avoid it so I don’t struggle to book and giving an honest review saying how good it is. I’ve changed my barber so many times in my adult life, but with Girasoli, I’ve no reason to change. Even if you’re unable to book your usual Barber, you’ll always get a great cut, chat and overall experience from anyone who has a free slot.

Been here a good few times. Place is clean, slick and has an awesome vibe. When you head in, you're automatically asked if you want tea/water/beer whilst you wait which is a nice touch. Hospitality is key! All barbers/hairdressers are experienced and have their own style. They all give an honest opinion and will give you exactly what you're looking for as long as you articulate it properly! Only slight negative is that they're always busy with bookings, so you may not always get who you're looking for unless you book in advance. Not a major negative though, they're busy for all the right reasons!

Got a haircut today, the shop was very welcoming, a nice atmosphere, was offered a tea/coffee.Very relaxing. Great chemistry with the barber. Felt as if we knew each other. She understood my incoherent mumbling and I left the barbershop feeling more confident.

It was my first time at Girasoli, I was served by John I believe. The wait time was not long despite the salon being full, the haircut was reasonably priced, and the service I got was noteworthy. I was offered a complimentary drink and engaged in pleasant chat. My stylist spoke me through his plans for my cut after asking me some initial questions. I left happy. The clients there waiting seemed like regular, loyal and satisfied customers. N.B. It is cash only, so take out cash before.

This is an excellent barbers,the haircuts and service are spot on. U get a complimentary drink from bottles of water to beers and they have a good selection of reading material and an x box while u wait. The staff are always friendly and the price is fair. Easily one of the best barbers about!

Great atmosphere when you walk in.Everyone is really friendly and when it comes to getting your hair cut, they really spend the time to make sure you are getting what you want.

I've been going to Girasoli Barbers for a couple of years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. First off, and most importantly, I've always received a good quality haircut every time. The experience starts from the moment you enter with a welcoming smile from staff and the offer of a beverage (including a beer should you wish). There are facilities for children too to make that first haircut experience a little easier (who wouldn't want to have their haircut in a model race car seat) and even an xbox for the teenagers. I've never had to wait long for a haircut as there are always sufficient staff on hand, and if you really cannot wait they offer an appointment system on Thursdays and Fridays which is invaluable. All the stylists are friendly and professional, keeping up to date with the latest modern cuts, or equally adept at those traditional cuts too. Well worth the effort to seek out this barbers even if you're not from the Southside.

Fantastic barbers for children. I've been taking my boy for years & he loves coming here. Can't fault the staff, and he's had his hair cut by all of them. Professional, friendly service with a lollipop on the way out. Highly recommended.

Went in without an appointment. Staff were Friendly made me feel welcome. Chatted away easily and made to feel comfortable. Great haircut. Took there time got it spot on. Told me a few tips to style my hair. Will definitely be going back. And they have a loyalty card too. Amazing place

I've been using Girasoli Barbers now for a few years and hope to continue to do so for a long time. The staff are all superb and always say a hello no matter how busy they are. You are always offered a drink whilst you wait and when you are in the chair, expect to be there for at least 20mins as the staff always take their time on the haircuts and make sure it's just how you want it. Plus they all have decent chat .I think the key difference between this place and some of the £5 barbers is that the staff take pride in their work. It may be more expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. I usually have Lisa cut my hair, however, I'd happily have any of the staff do it as they are all great and very professional. There's an Xbox to play whilst you wait plus magazines, newspapers and good tunes. The only drawback is that the BBC Parliament channel is on one of the TV's..

I live across the road from them. Great service, fantastic staff who are very helpful with advice and ability. Great beard service for the lads. They accept Facebook bookings so it’s very easy to book a slot from your phone. Very welcoming when you’re waiting.... being offered a beer or a tea/coffee when you’re waiting is great.

I go to the Girasoli Ladies a few doors along from the barbers but my husband uses this great little barbers. Modern and comfortable and everyone really knows what they're doing. Great with children aswell, they all love the racing car seat. Highly recommend it
