Carolanne is a good hairdresser.
K. M.I was a bit nervous going to a new hairdressers as I had been using the same one for the last 12 years or so but i was very happy with the whole experience. They were all really nice and the lady who done my hair carolann make it look lovely and she was so nice.

Today,I visited Hair Heaven in East Kilbride.
Due to mobility issues,I require a wet cut rather than a shampoo at the basin.
When I enquired if this was possible,it caused no problems. NOT the case with some salons.
My stylist was Sarah,she listened to me,advised me but more importantly gave me the haircut I asked for .
This is not always the case.
Far too many stylists seem to cut hair in the same way,regardless of the type of hair/client wishes or needs.
Top marks Sarah,thank you for making me feel human again 👍😉
