She corrected all the touch ups I had done myself over the previous six months and the highlights she applied were just perfect. Perfect colour, cut and styling too. Thank you so much, Joanne. M. M.I was really scared to have my hair done after a bad experience. I lost trust in all professional hairdressers until I met Jo .....She explained what had happened previously and to trust that she would rectify it....We spoke in great detail.....she made me feel welcome and asked me to trust her!......I did because I knew she was a professional and could help me! .....But with her professionalism......a fantastic personality!!!!!
