I got my hair cut and colored by Shannon and I could not be happier with the result! She gave me exactly what I was going for as a look and did an incredibly detailed work with the color. Will definitely come back for another cut with them.

LOVE this salon! Interior is so gorgeous - cosy as well as stylish, and everyone is super friendly. CJ has been my hairdresser for years and it's so cool to see her in a new environment, clearly in her element! She always knows exactly what I need and I've never before found a stylist that KNOWS my hair like she does. Before I found CJ i used to cry after every haircut...no exaggeration. Thank god I found her.

Been to Shannon and honestly could not have wished for a better result, she gave me full on transformation and was so caring and gentle with my hair. She got the bright copper colours exactly how I wanted it too, could not recommend Shannon more!

Was nervous about going as hadn't been at a proper barbers since before lockdown. Place was really friendly and barber Scott was spot on start to finish. Really happy with the cut and how things went. That it was open on Sunday as well was a bonus. Definitely be back.

Have known about Grant for a while now as he cuts my boyfriend's hair and it always looks amazing, so was happy to finally get my hair cut somewhere I could trust. Emma is amazing, she has incredible intuition when it comes to cutting hair and knows how to cut curly hair. The first hair salon I have been to where I could honestly walk out and not have a nervous breakdown. There's no pretentious vibes happening here either, just great stylists who do the utmost to make their clients happy.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Grant is exceptional and I was delighted with my hair colour and cut. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and it feels like a family who are all there to support their clients as well as each other. I would highly recommend Nineteen XIX. If you haven't yet been, you should go. You won't ever look back.

I had a great first experience of this place. My favourite hairdresser CJ recently started working there and I wouldn't go to anyone else. CJ always works her magic with my hair and I always love the results. The premises are beautifully decorated and the staff are all lovely and were always making sure I was looked after with drinks etc. I look forward to going back soon.

Had a balayage with CJ in Nineteen and she is honestly so talented. I was really struggling to articulate properly what I wanted but she still managed to work out what that was and give me the best colour I have ever had (after 8 years of dying my hair that is no small compliment!) Great barber shop, and Graeme Milne is a great barber! A nice place to go, easily located near M&S and the rest of the Merchant City, with good street parking around and the Glassford Street NCP very nearby. A friendly atmosphere and always quick. Great!
