L. M.Booked an appointment on Booksy for NYD, they text to let me know they weren't able to accommodate me that day as they were closed. Even though it was clerical error on their part, they still offered to accommodate me. And this is the reason for the review, even though there was an error, they offered to open just for me, and even though I declined, we're very persistent, THIS is great customer service. Hopefully others learn from this, you are a credit to your profession!
