She is a highly skilled, knowledgable barber and always has fresh new ideas whenever I am feeling like I need a change. She has a great spirit and her barbershop has an vibrant, exciting energy to it. I would recommend Gemma and Frequency Barber in a heartbeat!

P. L.Just been in to get my haircut by Gemma Willock-Smith at Frequency Barber (West-end). Would highly recommend this barber shop and especially Gemma. Her attention to details I couldn't even see with a microscope is insane. I've often thought my hair was done 25 minutes before Gemma is finished as she goes round tidying it all so I leave will a perfect haircut. Personally I think it is hard to leave here without feeling like a million dollars. Great value for money, really friendly staff and top class products from both the Mvrck and Kevin Murphy range to help you look your best.

J.My haircut is just not what I wanted. I couldn't tell until after I washed it because she styled it. When she started I thought it would be fine but it was frizzy and bad I immediately went home and washed it out. Never going back not worth it at all.

The owner replied to me offering for me to come back and sort it so I am giving a star back. However I had to take a day off to get that hair cut, it really is hugely inconvenient for me to come back in when you're open. I will find somewhere else to go from now on. You lost my trust and patronage.

No on street parking without the chance of a ticket subway less than 2 minutes away and bus stop just accross the road
Prices are in line with all others barbers in that area but because its recently new its worth giving it a try to see why its different from the others
My barber started working here so thats how I found out about the place and the owner (gemma) has enough awards behind her to justify owning her own shop
