J. Y.It was my first time at Supercuts and Shay was great, she was lovely and did my hair exactly how I wanted it - I didn't even need to show her an image for reference! Really happy with it and I'll definitely be back. Only thing is that the online price is different to what is charged at the salon so I'd phone up and check first.

Glasgow are fantastic and this was not in anyway their fault. This salon is in need of an upgrade. It looks shabby and the washer dryer does not work. When it came to paying on Monday the computer system went down and took 25 minutes to come back online. Another customer was also waiting to pay. Then another lady arrived for her appointment. The girls handled it really well and were very apologetic. Please, for the sake of your staff at Buchanan Galleries, spend some money and make their working conditions better. They deserve at least that.
