Natalie and the team were amazing today. Spoke me through every step checked in made sure I was happy with everything. Made to feel so comfortable and the girls made such an effort to make me feel at ease. Gave advice above and beyond and left and gave me a wee Christmas gift. Definitely makes me want to come back, think iv found the "one" in terms of salons and will not be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much girls at VIP ❤️❤️❤️

Every team member (because they are more definitely a team in this salon helping one another all the time) that spoke to me (almost them all) was so welcoming, friendly, chatty, fun & best of all, confident in what they were doing (gave me confidence to sit back and relax as it was my first time getting my hair done here)! Sammy was my hairdresser & not only booked me in last minute, but knew exactly what I wanted. She recommended what would be best for me & I absolutely love my hair leaving. I feel fantastic. The most beautiful & welcoming salon I’ve ever visited. The interior is stunning, everyone is so lovely and chatty, I never walk out disappointed! The girls work so hard to make sure everyone feels their best when they leave the place. After being a blonde all my life, my hairs now in the best condition it’s ever been in all thank to the lovely Nicole. The owner Natalie is lovely too and always makes sure her clients feel welcome. I first used this salon 2 months ago where I had my colour and tape extensions fitted. What can I say best colour match I've ever had the owner really looked at every tone of my hair and came up with the most amazing blend ever. Just so amazing. Went back today and had tapes taken out and colour redone then tapes back in and wow again. The guys in the salon are so friendly and honestly go above and beyond for you to have the best experience. First of all whoever runs the Facebook page was so lovely and fit me in for a hair cut last minute, especially the week before Christmas so that was a great start! Thank you so much! Then when I came into the salon, all the girls were so lovely and welcoming. I think Venus washed my hair and Tracy cut it for me (apologies if anyone’s name is wrong!) but 3 of the girls helped blow dry my hair and I felt spoiled rotten! The whole team are so friendly and they clearly enjoy their jobs and work well together. My hair cut was exactly what I wanted and the salon was impeccably clean. The price was also good value for money, especially for the level of care and attention I received. I will 1000% be back.

Booked in for a last minute hair extension appointment and I'm absolutely in LOVE with my hair! I'm so glad I found this place and can't wait to become a new regular. I booked into the Salon last week for tape extensions and a change of colour for a whole new look. First of all VIP inside is absolutely stunning! It’s bright and fresh and spotless. This was my second visit to the salon but first time for colour. Went in with a big ask to colour correct, and the girls totally smashed my expectation. The shop has such a lovely atmosphere and everyone is so friendly and chatty even if they’re not the ones doing your hair. Couldn’t recommend them anymore and won’t be going anywhere else again.

I booked in this morning such short notice to have my weave taken out which was all tangled and matted and the girls at VIP took their time taking it out without ruining any of my own hair. I had 100 grams of tapes fitted and the difference from a weave is unreal. I’m so glad Natalie recommended them as I’m amazed! Very well looked after in every way possible, had a colour correction complete transformation with William, such a huge job due to lockdown home dye’s etc! This was hands down my best salon experience in Scotland not just Glasgow, friendly talented people, amazing decor, comfortable. Was able to get a Brow Lamination whilst waiting on my colour to develop - outstanding! Absolutely LOVE VIP salon! Got hair extensions for the first time in April, the girls are so knowledgeable and go above and beyond to give you the hair you didn't even know you needed! I've had my hair refitted and used 3 times and it just feels like my own hair now, 6 months later and the hair is still in great condition. My own hair is in such good condition too and growing so well. The salon is really clean, spacious and has such a great atmosphere. There is parking close by and easy to get to. It's a 5 hour round trip for me to get there but 100% worth it and wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you ladies and can't wait to come back again 😁 also if you get extensions get the aftercare box! Such good quality products and keeps your hair soft and shiny

Randomly decided I’d like to get my nails and managed to get an appoint an hour later. First time in the salon and I was made to feel very welcome. I was kept up to date with what was happening with my appointment as I’d arrived ten minutes early and offered a bottle of water as well. Pauline was friendly and explained what would happen as it’s been three or four years since I’ve had my gel nail polish on my names.The price was affordable which means I’ll book in again to have them redone, when initially I’d viewed it as a one off treat. A range of services are available as well and it’s in a great location too.

Amazing salon, amazing vibe... I messaged late last night, knowing its 4 days untill Christmas and its the busiest time in a salon, looking for a hair extensions appointment, expecting a no space reply... but I got my reply and it said they would try shuffle things to fit me in. And that was exactly what they done. 10am the next morning, I was sat in my seat with a lovely tea, chatting and laughing with the staff and clients next to me... Sammy done my hair, perfectly matched and in quick time. The owner of the salon Natalie was in and giving everyone a laugh with her chat and making sure all her staff had what they needed. It was lovely, it actualy flew in. I left with stunning hair, and feeling good. I highly reccomemd this salon, the range of extensions and colours is second to none and the staff and owner could not be more welcoming.

Been going to vip salon for over a year now, we travel over 100 miles there and 100 back again but it is so so worth it Natalie and her whole team are absolutely amazing they are all so hands on and work as a team, they have never failed to make me feel absolutely amazing, the condition of my hair when I first visited vip last April compared to now is unreal it’s so healthy and the hair extensions are the best ones Iv ever had i previously had extensions done elsewhere and they weren’t great, Natalie recommended the tapes and I honestly wouldn’t look back I love them so easy to look after but aftercare is the key they sell the aftercare lots in the salon, everyone comments on my hair all the time, can’t wait for my next visit girls 💖 xxxx

I've been going to VIP Salon regularly after I had a hair and beauty disaster elsewhere and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Not only have they been amazing at everything I’ve been in to have done but they are also always friendly, professional, willing to accommodate last minute appointments and very reasonably priced. After working long shifts and coming into the salon looking bedraggled and as if i have been dragged through a bush backwards, these girls always know what to do to get me looking human again! I always leave the salon feeling amazing! I’ve had my hair cut, foils, styled for weddings, spray tans, nails, eyebrows waxed and tinted, eyelashes and make up done and I’ve always been over the moon with the results. I’ve also recommended the Salon to work mates, friends and even my mum who have all been extremely happy with the service and results. I would not go anywhere else now!! <3

I bet there’s nothing she hasn’t sorted out before in here career. my brows were amazing. I also booked in for my holiday wax. I love using vip as the atmospheres is so welcoming and i always feel comfortable and the girls speak as if they have known me for years.
