I had booked in to have my hair coloured and cut ready for my wedding as well as booking in for my bridal hair. From the first contact with Becky to setting up a consultation, I felt at ease and reassured that she would make my hair look amazing on the day. Walking into the salon was refreshing, all of the staff treated you as if you were a friend and Becky and Cerys worked together to get my hair the perfect colour and finish. I was provided advice on my hair and products to use to get the best look. They went above and beyond to settle my nerves on the big day and I had compliments on my hair, as well as my bridesmaids hair. Nothing was too much for either of them. Such a great service provided consistently and they helped in every way that they could, regardless of whether it was hair related or not. Thank you so much Becky and Cerys. Could not recommend you enough! Xxx

Louisa and Rebecca styled the hair for my Sister's wedding after we were let down by a local stylist we had originally booked. I believe it was fate as they absolutely smashed the hairstyles and I wish we had found them sooner! Louisa and Rebecca styled the Bride, three bridesmaids and a flower girl in no time at all, were so friendly, and understood exactly what we all wanted. We all looked and felt phenomenal. All of our hair stayed in beautifully and we had so many compliments. Huge thank you to them both ❤

Beautiful salon with the most welcoming staff! The thought of visiting the hairdressers for the first time after years of box dye use, filled me with fear! From previous experience, I was worried about the staff being clicky and making me feel uncomfortable….. after my visit here I couldn’t of been more wrong! From the moment you walk through the door the team treat you like a valued regular client - even on your first visit. The attention to detail and the level of care they provide is second to none - I’ve had bleach at every visit, my colour is always perfect and my hair is in the best condition it’s ever been after following their advice and recommendations. I look forward to coming here at every appointment! Thank you guys!

She gave me exactly what I wanted for my autumn hair look. I can’t recommend the team at Thairapy highly enough - 5 stars isn’t enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The salon is absolutely gorgeous, the atmosphere is fun and friendly and I am always completely in love with my hair when I leave!! I’m not the most creative so it is fantastic that I can put all my trust in Libby to come up with gorgeous colours for me, which she does every time without fail! It’s a real treat going to Thairapy and I’d never go anywhere else!
