Always a brilliant experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The full team are very knowledgeable and will give great advice and tips. They also did an amazing job doing wedding hair for myself and my bridesmaids last year! Tanya even doing my washing up so that I didn't have to think about it when I got home the next day! Fully recommended.

Got a haircut today and it was great! Went in with little expectations as my hair is at an in between stage while growing it out. But they thinned my hair out a lot and trimmed it and now I don’t feel so self conscious going out! Made a huge difference and I feel so pretty now :) The service was great, lovely blonde girl was super attentive and made sure I was okay and was very honest the whole time. Will be returning in the future

As a bit of a hairdresser phobic I was a tad nervous on my 1st visit but realised very quickly what a lovely place it was , such a friendly welcome by everyone and the lovely Lydia did an amazing job not only on my neglected hair but also on her ability to put me at ease and make sure I was totally comfortable with what she was doing. Brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Tanya is my usually Styist she does a brilliant job. As an older person your hair changes; Tanya is ready with knowledgeable advice regarding products to use to keep my hair in the best of condition. Sarah and are staff are never pushy with regard to making next appointments which I also appreciate. Thanks girls, always fun to visit too xxx

First time visiting the salon after a bad experience somewhere else. Went in for a cut and blow dry for a date night with the bf. An earlier appoimtment was canceled so got a phone call to ask if i would like an earlier appointment. Rachel was fantastic at putting my hair right and giving it a new lease of life it looks and feels amazing. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing and i got chatting to the girls like i had known them for years. This salon will now become my go to place to have my hair done. Possibly a cheeky blow dry every now and then, as well my wedding hair as after 10 years he officialy got down asked me to marry him and my hair looks fantastic in the pictures. Thanks rachel. X

When ever I go to 10 salon i feel instantly at ease. I'm not the most talkative person or confident and Sarah and the girls make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Very professional and friendly staff ☺☺☺

Loved my first visit to No.10. Very knowledgeable, friendly stylist who took all the time needed to understand what I wanted and did a fabulous job afterwards with my hair. The first time a stylist has ever shown me how to use product to recreate the salon result. Very clean salon premises as well, with well organised work stations including shelving for hot drinks and client belongings. And my appointment ran on time (a welcome change from my previous salon where this was a rare occurrence). Looking forward to my next visit at No.10.
