1. the staff are friendly, devoted and very hard working, and I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered
2. Yes there can be a wait. But that's to be expected from a busy hair dressers
3. I couldn't/wouldn't of Gone to any other hair dressers. To get my hair cut long to short. Or even dyed funky colours (I had to supply the pink and blue)
4. The price you can't beat it :) I always leave with a 5🌟 hair cut
