I regularly have Cornell cutting my hair and he is the best barber I have had in a long time, the fades are always clean, the line ups are always sharp. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He’s easy to talk to and won’t make you feel uncomfortable. I have booked in for a hot towel facial and I left feeling fresh and clean. He made the hot towel facial very relaxing and calming. I booked a further ten appointments after his performance and he has not disappointed. I would definitely recommend to any new comers to the shop.

I used to travel hours for a perfect haircut which i requests, mostly failure hits but today was different. I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Especially Madelena is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting. I personally think this salon and the team treats the customers feel like family, where u get to laugh about and open up to the them. These guys are amazing. As soon as you walk in it’s more than just a haircut or a normal spa appointment, it’s a whole experience. I get my hair cut here every week and I always get my hair washed before the actual trim. After that, regardless of who’s cutting my hair I always leave the place looking fresh, feeling good, and ready for another week. I’ve had some other stuff done here like my eyebrows etc. Love it

My son Kameron came into the spa to have the ultimate facial treatment. The in depth skin analysis was eye opening and rewarding to know that he could have help with his skin, something we have been waiting for from a dermatologist for months. Alice and Ash walked Kam through each analysis page of his skin and told him what the solutions could be with better care of diet and lifestyle. The treatment started with an extraction and this was something he had worried about but was surprised at how smooth it was and did not hurt at all, next he had hydration that was deep placed into his skin by a really cold and smooth device, he said this felt great. With various light rays used to finish this was specific to kams problems. Alice walked kameron through every stage and made him feel comfortable throughout, she was professional, knowledgeable and made the experience an enjoyable one. I look forward to taking all the advice he has been given and making sure his skin is maintained to the standard that Alice has left it after his first treatment. Thankyou all so much. I could not recommend this more for anyone who has specific skin problems and needs a professional understanding of how to treat.

Genuinely the best barber shop I’ve been to in my 44 years of living. Top class business and the atmosphere is so warming and welcoming from the second you walk in. Full of some of the best barbers for any type of hair, and they’re all so friendly and cheerful. Not once have I walked into the barbershop and not had a nice time while getting a haircut. One barber I do definitely recommend is Carnell who’s so friendly and interactive but also gives me a 10/10 skin fade consistently every single time. Would 100% recommend going here if you’re expecting a professional but also funny atmosphere.

I highly recommend AJ Menspa to anyone in Ipswich. I lived in Ipswich for a year whilst I was on a work placement and AJ Menspa was recommended to me when I first arrived. After going there for the first time, I knew that I wouldn't need to look elsewhere for a barber. My barber was Mason, but I may as well have called him a Postman because he always delivered. A very nice set up with very good people too, can't recommend this place enough!

I booked in for a Luxury Argan Oil treatment along with a shave and haircut with Ash. The salon itself provides such a relaxing ambience that is complimentary to the service provided. These past few years I have been trying to find a local barber shop that can finally be my go-to place for a haircut and A.J MenSpa is the best one for me to which I also recommend to others.
