I love Fircroft, especially, since the refit a couple of years ago. There is a super team there, they are so friendly, professional & experienced. I love being able to drive for just 5 minutes to a fabulous, local, hairdressers. Shop local, especially nowadays. Highly recommended.

First time at the salon I booked with Lucy she greeted me with a smile & I explained I hadn’t been to a salon for years & didn’t totally know what I wanted, she made suggestions & at the end of the cut it was exactly what I had hoped for, she was professional & friendly she gave me advise on the colour as I wanted to get out of home colouring, I have booked for cut & colour next time, thanks Lucy

Wow, many experiences with other salons over the years, in need of a complete restyle of my very long hair, after reading reviews and seeing pictures I decided to give Fircroft a try and I’m so happy I did, I booked with Ben, on arrival I was greeted in a friendly way and offered a hot drink while I waited as I was a bit early, Ben called me on time and made me feel completely at ease, he took time to listen and discuss what I wanted, even though I had an idea in my head it was difficult to explain but Ben completely got my hair, after a lovely wash and head massage Ben cut my hair, taking time and catting throughout, he then blowdried, not being pushed to different people each step of the way which seems the norm now, when he finished i felt relaxed and ended up with exactly what I wanted, Thankyou Ben, a great salon and happy I tried it, I can see why people return, i will definitely be going back and would recommend 💯

Thank you *Michelle* - Highly recommend The overall experience was very Zen, the salon is a professional, very clean and friendly environment, was very pleased with comfortable temperature of water on hair wash and technique for shampooing and conditioning was thorough and lovely, really good cut and blowdry, my hair feels great, lovely products used. I would thoroughly recommend. Best salon experience ever.

Absolutely amazing , my son has sensory issues but not a tear in site on todays visit, he felt comfortable, happy and was surrounded by friendly staff. The Hairdresser was wonderful with him , completely unstressed experience and will be going back for sure, And as for the haircut it was perfect and exactly what we wanted and asked for 😃
