When I rang up to book the appointment the owner set me at ease, having had a few bookings in other barbers cancelled at the last minute,i was assured yhat would be the case. Whe i showed up i was asked if i experienced any sensativiny when shaving just so he could gage. He explained what would happen step by step. Overall a very relaxing and impressive service was the best money I've spent.
