P. O.Tom is simply the best! I know I challenge him with my ever changing hair colour but each time he steps up and smashes it. We swap ideas before my appointment and if something is unfeasible Tom will explain why and offer an alternative. Often Aimee (one of the apprentices) helps Tom with my colour and she is very friendly too and really gets caught up in the excitement of seeing the end result.
