R. C.Very impressed with my cut and blow dry today. First time using salon and found it really friendly and clean. Lucy was excellent, listened to what I thought I needed and for first time in 15 yrs actually had my hair dried with a diffuser - the curls were so defined and soft! So happy have booked for a colour and dry very soon. The prices are also really good for the star card of service. Already looking forward to coming back
D. C.Had my first curly cut with Lucy today. She spent time understanding what I wanted and then gave suggestions and we agreed how she would cut. She continued to check with me throughout the haircut and also giving tips for maintaining it at home.
Was nervous about trying a new hairdresser but feel so happy I’ve booked my next two with her.
The hair wash with head massage in a massage chair was glorious and an added bonus
V. K.I was a bit late for my appointment but everyone was so kind and managed to still cut my hair. My hair cut was perfect and exactly what I asked for. My hair looks lovely and I am very happy with it. I forgot my purse so had to wait for my husband to bring it in for me and everyone was so kind and understanding. Excellent customer service and excellent hair cut!! I will definitely be booking again!

Relaxed ambiance, despite busy schedules, staff always polite and professional, refreshments were perfect, massage chairs a great touch, you get the whole package, and I was happy knowing it was money well spent. There a good feeling of teamwork, efficiency and pride to deliver a good service to customers with no pressure.
Ellie knows her stuff, she listened to my thoughts and fears and used her experience to create a really sympathetic result that I was very happy with. S. F.My first time at Kesgrave Hair Ministry and I was really pleased I chose this Salon. From the moment I walked in, the Admin/Receptionist made me feel so welcome with her friendly nature. Lovely atmosphere in the modern air conditioned salon, with a busy, relaxed vibe - I didn't feel uncomfortable once. Lucy, the stylist was extremely enthusiastic, cheerful and explained at various times how she would cut my hair to achieve the results I wanted. I left there feeling listened to and more than happy with the result. I have rebooked for my next cut. I find the option to book online very helpful as I can have a good look through for appointment times which fit in the best for me. Well done on the whole experience - you've got everything sorted!

S.A beautiful salon with a modern feel. The hairdressers are all very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by a lovely lady who got me some water which came in a lovely bottle with a glass I could pour it into and I even got a tasty pack of biscuits!
I felt listened to and was given great advice and came away with a hair cut I love and a plan of action for the future.

R.I had booked to have my one year olds fringe cut for the first time, with Stephanie following a recommendation from a mum friend, but on arrival she was still busy with another customer, so Morgan took us through. I was a little hesitant at first as it was not who I'd expected, but she was really friendly and my little boy was clearly very at ease with her, and she was super patient with his constant head turning! 😂 and to top it all off, when I went to pay my balance at the end (I'd booked online, £5 for fringe trim and they'd taken 96p deposit) they told me not to worry as it only took 5 minutes! 😀 Will definitely be going back for such a warm and friendly service 🙂
