I was seen by Rosie Thursday morning for a cut and blow dry. She is a lovely person, very approachable, gentle and calm. I advised that I wanted my bob to be reshaped and have a few layers cut in to soften it, she agreed and advised what she also thought would be best to compliment my hair. She advised me throughout the whole process what she was going to do. I can happily recommend Rosie for your hair care needs.

Rosie was so professional and made me feel really valued. Im shy and she made me feel at ease, listened and advised, and even noticed my fringe was slightly uneven which ive noticed but nobody else ever had, she fixed it for me and i couldnt have been happier. Sometimes just popping in for a 10 minute fringe trim you get ignored as its just an 'in and out' process but Rosie made me feel important and cared for. Will be unlikely to book with anyone else in the future!

I'm always really happy with my visits to Hair Ministry Pinewood. Bridie is an absolute gem! She just gets how I like my hair being done, which I definitely appreciate, she always takes on board any requests big or small and the results are consistently amazing! Nothing is ever too much trouble. She's also a perfectionist. Which I love! And I enjoy having a good catch up during our appointments. Credit to the salon and all the staff, especially this year as I can imagine how difficult it has been and the pressures felt by the industry as well as individuals. Alice is excellent!! She is so good at her job and lovely company. I felt very well looked after and very safe in the salon. Sad to learn a new policy is being introduced to charge more for time/products for thick hair. When you spend over £100 each time, it is a bitter pill to swallow. Is a discount for thin hair also coming in? When I book online how would I choose a “thick hair” appointment time? This option doesn’t seem to be available at present.

I am so happy to have found a hairstylist Cherice who is intuitive, professional and one who makes you feel totally at ease. I trust her advice, suggestions and the way she makes me feel like it's team work. She is professional, never cloying and I know that when I get home from the hairdressers my hairstyle is guaranteed to feel good. Gone are the days when I have to rewash and restyle it, or heavens forbid.... trim off bits of odd lengths of hair? Hair Ministry are highly recommended.

This hair salon is the best in Ipswich by far! (Trust me I've been it quite a few and they've always left me unhappy) The lady who cut my hair was so nice! I show her a picture of what I wanted but told her to basically but her own spin on it! She did and my cut is perfect! I also got a deep hair treatment which was really nice and left my hair so soft! I went back a few weeks later to have my hair dyed purple!! I couldn't be any more happier if I tried!

I went in to the salon with severely dry/damaged hair, to the point where when I washed and conditioned it I still couldn't get my fingers through it. Sheridan washed and put a deep conditioning treatment on and I did have all the dead hair cut off, it's quite short but I absolutely love it. And it feels healthy again!! She also advised me how to keep it from breaking, change my shampoo and turn the straightners down, all little things that will help my hair... Looking forward to my next visit.😊

This was originally just posted to Google Reviews...back in 2019...when I first came to Hair Ministry...Pinewood Salon...the 1st apt was great...considering I was a new client...following a major catastrophe to my hair.. where I suffered 100% damage...with hair so long...heartbreaking... Bridie listened/helped/showed empathy/understanding...and coloured my hair...amazing colour...great cut... Now...amazing again...stunning colour...cut my hair a tad shorter...gradually during visit..Bridie was so patient and understanding...as she always is... She really has helped me at such a difficult time...restoring my faith in salons...as I was so scared inside...having to choose a salon again...but I have chosen well...beyond words... Now we are in 2021...what can I add...very happy...Hair Ministry cares about you...your hair...and would never compromise this...which is a rare quality...lovely people...
