Decided to try this place out since the barbers I go to are always fully booked so I need a plan B whenever that happens. I decided to walk in as it was pretty last minute and they said I'd have to wait for two people ahead of me. It didn't feel like a long wait. I felt a little out of place since I have afro hair but I've visited Turkish barbers in the past that have done my hair well. The guy that did my hair seemed calmly confident when I asked him what I wanted. However, as the haircut went on I realized he wasn't really doing what I asked and perhaps just reverted to the one style he knew for afro hair. I had to guide him to line up my hair and how I wanted my beard trimmed. Overall, the haircut came out satisfactory, certainly not the worst cut I've ever had nor the best. I think if he cut more afro hair he'd improve. I did feel a little awkward in the shop but overall, the barbers seemed pleasant and I'm happy I checked them out. They're a little more pricey than my barbers by about £3 but my barbers are raising their prices soon. Not bad.

Best barber I've been to. Since my first visit I've been going here and also take the kids to get there haircuts here too. Really friendly guys and always having a laugh. Great fun atmosphere, usually offered a drink as I arrive, and have a good laugh with the guys. Great haircut every time, always get my beard styled with them too and I've never had anything to complain about, always leave feeling really fresh and smart. They have an awesome range of different styles and make some great suggestions to what you can try when you ask. Always happy with all the kids haircuts too and I think the prices are really competitive and great value for the service provided. Would strongly recommend giving them a try!

Every time I am back in Ipswich I make an effort to visit. Exceptional service and results from Joe, definitely the best and most trusted barber I have found. The extra details offered make it stand it apart from complimentary drinks to head massages and hot towel. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a top quality barber.

You know when you go to a new barber and think "dang I hope the dude is good"....Well that's what was going through my head on my first visit to Ozzie after a recommendation. I'm pleased to say I haven't looked back or been disappointed, oh and by the way, that recommendation was over a year ago!. Ozzie and team provide a first class service within great looking salon and value for money. The best barbers shop bar none in my opinion. 110% recommended.

Best barbers in town by far! Value for money is insanse, like no where else. The attention to detail they put into your hair and time is amazing. Only place i go to where, hot towels, wax, masks, face steams & cuts with a blade is so affordable. Great personal relationships with all of the guys down there and always have a good time with the boys. Wouldn't change barbers again.

I have had a few haircuts here, just want to give a shout out to Kelvin who gave me a neat trim today, tidied up the beard, always has a smile on his face. Also thanks to the manager who got me seen to immediately, not quite the same atmosphere as before COVID since it is less busy and social. But a great trip to the barbers considering the circumstances!
