H. C.I had my hair cut here which to cut a long story short didn’t go well! But I rang the salon the next day and spoke to a lovely girl who listened to my concerns and got me booked in with the wonderful Ben (he didn’t do the original cut) to do a full correction free of charge! He was great and saved my hair! The original lady was very lovely but I will only be trusting Ben with my hair now in the future!
