Excellent appointment as usual. Sammy always does good highlights and excellent cut and style. All on time. Good to relax with refreshments and of course that wonderful head massage when the conditioner is applied is just so good. Thank you Toni and Guy Ipswich for making me feel (and look) so much better!

Lost my confidence in previous hairdressers but these lovely ladies (particularly Christine and Chantelle) did a brilliant job with my hair. They were all so professional and friendly and I felt they really cared for the finished product! Confidence completely restored, will be returning!

Huge thank you to Terri in Ipswich for my amazing transformation. Fed up with dying my grey hair and ready to embrace it by growing it out . Not so ready for skunk stripe demarcation line . Terri suggested full head of highlights and ashy toner mix. Wow ! So pleased. Still have the inch of grey I've grown out and my shoulder length hair now blends beautifully. So skilled . If you're ready to embrace your grey but prefer a little help getting there ......go to Toni and Guy Ipswich and ask for Terri !

Started visiting here when my hair was growing back after chemo and I’ve always been very happy with the hairdo. Staff are polite and friendly and skilful. I feel confident when I go I’ll get a haircut I’ll be pleased with. Highly recommend the back massage chairs while having hair washed just to add to the very enjoyable visit.

I brought my daughter in today and was greeted by Bryony who was really polite and friendly and took our coats and offered us something to drink. We then were met by Chantal who spoke to me and my daughter about what she wanted to have done. My daughter is four but Chantal took time to listen to what she wanted (a buzz cut like her brothers she said… mummy vetoed this!) Chantal treated my daughter with so much kindness and respect, talking to her and involving her at every step from shampoo, hairwash and cut and blow dry and styling. A really wonderful experience. The icing on the cake is that of course her haircut is INCREDIBLE and the quality of the cut and finish is exceptional. I highly recommend Chantal and the team at Toni & Guy Ipswich. Thanks ladies for making my little lady’s dream of going to a “grown ups hairdresser” come true.
