Excellent and skilled barber, who remembers you and your preferences after just your second visit which really gives the place a personal feel. He tailors your cut uniquely to your head shape and can spot and correct faults in the way previous barbers have cut your hair very quickly. Couldn't recommend Cut Above more!

Dug up an old google account just to leave this place a review. Went to get a correction for a dodgy haircut I had a couple of weeks ago on the first day out of lockdown. I was blown away by the professionalism of this place. Fiaz knew exactly what he was doing and spent around 50 minutes correcting/cutting and making sure I was totally happy with the work he had done. £22 is quite expensive for a haircut but my god he earned every penny and more, I honestly couldn't fault the guy. top bloke, top barber and my new go to barber shop!

Been using this barber shop for a few years now after a recommendation and i can't fault it. The first time i used this place i was nervous as using a new barbers that doesn't know what you like or want can be nerve racking but he was very welcoming and talked to me about exactly what i wanted and i haven't looked back since. The haircuts over the years i have recieved i don't have one complaint and always does what i ask for. The price is very reasonable for the excellent service you get. I've been here for many years now and he never disappoints. Always a warm and friendly atmosphere and it's gradually got more and more fancy and up-market every time I've been. It can be 6 months or more between visits (my hair grows slowly) but he always remembers what he did last visit. He's happy to give advice on product use as well. Well worth the money. Lovely guy. Fiaz is without a doubt the best barber I've ever had. He's a really friendly guy and you feel comfortable the minute you sit down in the chair. With most barbers you'll tell them what you want and they'll cut your hair without asking your opinion on the style any further, nothing against that but I've always felt more at ease when they take the time to explain certain things with you and discuss exactly how you want your hair to look. Fiaz is really knowledgeable and knows his stuff when it comes to barbering. I thought I had a good barber before I moved to Leeds but now, even after only a couple of haircuts I can easily see how much better Fiaz is. Really can't recommend this place enough.
