Chloe did my hair, she's so friendly & approachable and will work with you to achieve something you'll love!! She also gives tips for styling at home and offered in advance to re-tone my hair if the colour didn't stick (due to recent bleaching) which made me feel really comfortable and assured that I'd get my desired look that would last 💘

I adore this place. The staff are super friendly and always make sure you're comfortable. I've been a fair few times now and honestly I've never had a bad experience. I recently took my children with me to get their hair done and they loved it. My son is autistic so new places cN be a bit nerve wreacking for him but the staff instantly put him at ease which was greatly appreciated. My daughter loved it too. We love the decor here too. There's tattoo art and taxidermy butterflies on the walls too which look super cool. There are stairs to the business which aren't their responsibility. Wheelchair access isn't possible unfortunately so keep that in mind if you are a wheelchair user. 100% plan on coming back here and my kids. Great staff, great work and great for those who love alternative styles

I was recommended to visit the salon as I wanted a flat top and hadn’t found anywhere that could do a decent one. I’ve got to say I was impressed , the Salon staff made me feeel very comfortable and got me a drink whilst I waited for my stylist. I was very happy with t{he cut, great value, good chat and a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend this Salon to everyone.

Had my hair done by Leah and I can’t recommend her or the salon highly enough! Leah was kind, professional and very accommodating! The salon itself has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and everyone i met (including Millie 🐶) was so friendly. Thank you again everyone- I love my hair!

Went for the first time this evening with my daughter and I'm just about to book to go back for me. The staff are really welcoming, so friendly and made us both feel at ease! I would give more stars if i could! I took a chance as I was used to another hairdressers for years, I have now found a place where I will return the end results are amazing. Can't get enough of these hairdressers! All are lovely welcoming ladies. Hair cuts always on point and never an issue to get your hair cut just as you want it. Danae has cut me some next level hair cuts and I've loved them all. The receptionist is brilliant on the phone and always sounds cheerful. I would highly recommend not just for the cut but for the vibes they provide. I always leave feeling more than a million dollars. Check these guys out. It's a must 💖

This was the first time going here and I was taking my 2year old for a trim. When taking him elsewhere he was terrible but Jodie made him feel comfortable, and me! She was so warm and friendly and did a fantastic job with his hair! The receptionist was also really welcoming and nice! I would highly recommend Gray's!

Gray's is a great value alternative salon. The staff are always super friendly and the end result of their work is stunning. I love that you can have a cuppa whilst you're getting your hair cut / treatment too.

The only hairdressers I will ever go to now! I tried a few hairdressers beforehand and none of them accomplished what I wanted. Tried grays going on 2 years ago now and I have loved my hair everytime iv had it done. Friendly staff, brilliant atmosphere and fantastic with my little boy. My partner and son now use the barber there too and only go to him.

Had an ace experience at Grays, Leah coloured my hair rose gold which I LOVE, even though i didnt book a cut too she managed to fit it in and i left the salon feeling AWESOME with a whole new look. The while vibe of the salon is really laid back I enjoyed my morning there, thankyou!

What a lovely bunch! Had a bit of a health check up with my hair and Jodie was great - nothing was a bother. Jodie made me feel good about my hair that's getting back it's thickness after a while being poorly. Feels like home.

If anyone is worried about being in a salon right now (which is completely understandable) please know that Grays are doing everything they can to be safe and clean! I felt so comfortable as soon as I came in, everyone was spaced out and wearing the correct ppe. Chloe cut my hair and I love it and she was lovely! Keep it up guys - I’ll keep sharing the word to my friends to book with you and only you guys! Ps wearing a mask for a haircut is the best thing ever, no more staring and your face for hours thinking how gross you look 😂
