Macy was excellent from the first consultation to the end result. She took time to discuss exactly what I wanted and explained fully what would need to be done. I had a copper balayage and my hair looks so vibrant, due to the bleaching Macy recommended a Metal Detox treatment and my hair feels incredible, I even got some samples to use at home. All the staff are very warm and friendly. I couldn’t recommend the salon enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had the most wonderful time at Options salon today thanks to the help of Maisie. I had had my hair severely damaged by an old hairdresser of mine and came to Options for the first time to see if they could help. Maisie put me straight at ease and had soooo much knowledge about what to do to help my hair. She cut it so well and spent lots of time finishing it to get it right. The end result is out of this world and I can't wait to come back to see Maisie again for another cut and possibly a colour in future too!! 10/10 service on every visit for the past 3 years. When asking for a trim, I got millimetres off only, not inches; seems to never happen anywhere else. Recently had a restyle from ‘long’ to jawline, went home and wasn’t able to maintain the style so return visit, we chatted and tweaked the style and I was much happier. Great group of people and they’ve remained covid safe whilst maintaining a personal touch

I was booked in with Angel for the first time as soon as we were out of lockdown and she did an absolutely phenomenal job with my hair. I genuinely couldn't have hoped for better. I received many many compliments. I very happily recommended Angel to friends and family, a few of which booked in with her instantly. I've just had my hair done for the second time with Angel and once again she's done an incredible job, not only is my hair lifted but with it my mood! Angel is a very talented professional through and through, I cannot recommend her enough!!

I've been going to Options in Wakefield for years but it's now closed down. The rothwell salon is conveniently located on the high street and there's free carparking close by. Same excellent service so I'll continue using this salon. Happy days

I visited Options in Rothwell yesterday and I was pleasantly suprised. The salon was friendly and inviting and I was made to feel comfortable. Jade was great and did an amazing transformation on my hair. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend Options to anyone.

Great hairdressers really nice staff...whether your having your hair done or not they offer you a hot drink always asking if your OK. On the down side it's very expensive... But you get what you pay for so well worth a visit.
