It was my first time experimenting my hair with highlights and I could not be more happy with the outcome. Gillian and Wayne (who came in to consult me on his day off) made me feel at ease from the moment I sat down in the chair. Wayne who is the only male in the salon helped me figure out the style I wanted for gents long haired highlights and they both did a great job. Will definitely be returning and I could not recommend them enough. Prices are great too coming from a student.

Had a wonderful experience getting my hair done here yesterday morning! I came to have my hair washed + styled before my university graduation that afternoon. Caroline was really friendly, super attentive when I described what I wanted done, and did an amazing job - my hair looked great for the photos! I was feeling apprehensive about going back after a year of no haircuts with the pandemic but I needn’t have worried. I booked on line which was really easy and after paying a deposit of £10 I received an email confirming my booking and receipt. Caroline was very welcoming and even though staff wore PPE it was a relaxed appointment. She was friendly and put me at ease straight away. They really couldn’t have been more professional and she listened to what I wanted and I was really happy with the outcome. Will definitely be using again.

I have been going to Regis for the last five years and they never fail me. I pretty much give them free reign and always get perfect beautiful natural looking colour plus a perfect cut which I get lots of compliments on. Everyone is friendly and it’s a really nice atmosphere to have your hair done in. Yes they are a little pricey but this is because all staff are true professionals and top of their game. I always walk out happy and they always go above and beyond providing excellent advise. Honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Regis was very accommodating, when it come to personal safety. With all the Coronavirus precautions, the staff all had PPE, but through it all and with them back open recently, the staff must have been exhausted, but very upbeat. My stylist Josh was lovely and did a great job on my mop. If you have a good salon, you really do miss them, when they are not open. Thanks everyone and it was great to see you all again.

Visited Regis for the first time after a home dye job gone wrong and Emily and her colleagues were very helpful, gave me a great modern rescue cut and lots of solid advice on toners. Been back since for a cut and was very impressed with Emily's service and the salon in general. Glad to have found a hairdresser who understands exactly what the customer wants, as it's often hard to explain!

I’m an autistic socially awkward person who struggles to find it comfortable sitting with a stranger touching me & all of that, & find it hard to describe what I want. The staff at Regis are really friendly & not pushy, very professional. They really listen properly & talk it through & say what they’re doing when they’re doing it. I’ve booked in with Emily the last few times now and she’s been really good & I’m more comfortable here than I’ve ever been anywhere.

Natalie is due on maternity leave! She has cut my hair for the past 2-3 years and always does a super job. My hair cut is always amazing! I visited the Salon on Saturday to have my hair up for a 20's theme ball. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff, they really took the time to listen to the clients. Had such awful experiences in the past with hairdressers and my hair, went into Regis on Monday on the off chance of a walk in appointment and it was great. Service was amazing, got seen straight away, Stacey is a great hairdresser, made me feel so at ease and has a lovely personality. 100% my new hairdressers, can not recommend this Salon enough!!

I've always had fantastic service at this salon. Staff are more than happy to help and take the time to find out exactly what you want. They offer free fringe cuts which is great when you want to keep your hair exactly how you like it! Would highly recommend.

I called today on the off chance that they could fit me in, very pleasant on the phone and advised that there was an opening at 2.30 When i arrived at the salon i was advised that i would need to wait (no problem as i could see they were busy)and the customer interaction was first class. The woman (didnt get a name)who cut my hair was first class, chatty but not intrusive and more importantly did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend to friends

Changed the date of my appointment & had a different stylist who charged more for same treatment, was also told to wear a regis face mask even though I had my own then on payment afterwards discovered a £3.60 sur charge added to the final total. These costs need to be explained before commencing.

The staff are super friendly and attentive making sure you always get the look you are after. Will go nowhere else from now on!

I’ve being using this salon since I was a child, I always have Dawn cut my hair and she does a perfect job every time, even when I’m not sure what I want!
