Great salon with great stylist! Fantastic treat for fellow hairdresser’s! Our train was late…. Very late and our appointment was for 12.20. We rang at 12.15 to tell them we were still on the train and were going to be late, they literally worked there magic… as hairdresser’s do and booked us straight back in for 13.10. On arrival we were greeted with Nicole who dealt with us instantly and professionally. As always a good consultation, with an incredible shampoo and condition with Nicole! I had Rob, which was from the start to finish thee most and I want to elaborate thee most best..most professional blow dry I’ve ever had in another salon! Lovely conversations all the way through my appointment. Masey also did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair too, she looked beautiful. We will return 💯 Thanks you guys, you really started our day in Leeds on a high. Xx

I haven’t visited Toni and Guy for some years. I had my hair cut by Rob who incidentally cut my hair years ago when I lived in Leeds. A lovely and friendly salon that takes times discussing what you actually want. I am going to make the journey to Leeds now as I’d forgotten just how brilliant a Toni and Guy cut and dry is. I love my hair and I’ve never been as pleased with my hair when I’ve had it cut at other salons. Very friendly and attentive.

Had a really good colour and cut. They didn't mind my young child being with me and were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Importantly, I was listened to and they respected my choice. Definitely recommend and will go there for a top up before my wedding next month. Thank you for being lovely and nice.

I have just read the reviews on here for the Leeds Toni&Guy salon, and I am left wondering if I have been attending the same salon for the last five years or so, and 20 miles each way to get there, so plenty of chpice in between? Late by 20 minutes? Happened to me because of no trains into Leeds, and they bent over backwards to help. Change an appointment for £30? Never heard of such a charge when I often have to change mine but then I've never tried to do so on the day, usually a few days or more. I always book in advance to get my 10% discount, and life changes as do theirs. So I don't know really what to say about Leeds other than I first had Mark and then Rob, and both excellent precision cutters of short hair and really nice friendly guys and you don't get the awful banale conversations you can get in some places. I get hair cuts that last, and whilst it's not cheap, only go about every 8 or 9 weeks so I suppose you pay for what you get. Receptionists could be a little less abrupt in their approach and official voices, both on the phone and in-house. I can see that would put some people off but, like the doctor's surgery, get past that and all is then fine!

Had a great cut and love Thier idea behind long-term thinking on the hairstyles. Was greatly received by the staff and was given a drink on request (absolutely amazing) . After the cut please to try the hair wash , because hair wash here ends with a nice massage on your head which feels so amazing . Overall one of the best hair saloons in Leeds. Hoping to visit again!

I adore my cut, and my stylist was amazing!! I went in January, and it had been a while since I had gone to a salon after having a family hairdresser for years. I was made to feel very comfortable, nothing was rushed, and I was very happy with the result! I liked it so much, I will be calling in again for an appointment today. James was the stylist I saw. Super friendly and chatty, I felt bad for long it took to dry all my hair! So patient. Will be coming back soon!

Maria has been cutting my hair for over 15 years now. I moved house several years ago & tried to find a local hairdresser but couldn't find anyone that cut my hair anywhere near as well as Maria. She is worth the long drive. She gives good advice & is able to cut my hair well for wearing curly & straight. She is friendly, bubbly & chatty. She makes you feel relaxed in her company. She is very kind hearted, down to earth & always very professional. I would highly recommend Maria.

first time in the Leeds branch, friendly polite staff, easy to make booking. hairdresser also nice. however, a few 'technical' things (hopefully constructive too!), can't not compare with the service I experienced in London with the same chain in different branches. upon consultation, I just wanted my previous cut 'reconstructed', indicated the length, explained in detail that I wanted more heavy layers towards the bottom as to add 'body'. I was perfectly audible, he agreed with me, but did not make any input himself, even when prompted as to what he thought. in London the stylists often suggested themselves what subtleties would suit me best. here, the result was not as I described initially. it's fine, a 'textbook' cut. 'body' was not kept to the bottom but towards the top, layers are kind of 'hacked', whereas before they were much more subtle. like now if I run my hand through I can see the chopped layers. the layering step was done towards the end of the session on blow-dried hair (as he had suggested and I said fine), there is no way I could have stopped or directed him, since I cannot see the back of my own head. at the end he did not offer me a mirror to see the back, which again seems standard practice. I was in and out in 25 minutes, whereas previously it took at least 40 (same hair length/complexity, no treatments, literally the same thing I get done). I understand that it's the end of the day, human factor and all.. fine overall. I would not have made this comment if I had my 'own regular' hairdresser back in the London branch(es), it was by chance.. but I had a very similar positive experience. from this I got the impression that Toni&Guy has a more 'stylist' and less 'textbook' philosophy :)

Took my friend here go get her hair done, I was able to wait in a nice comfy area and was brought complimentary coffee whilst I waited for her. A reasonably good selection of magazines to read whilst I waited too. My friend very much liked her haircut too...

Have been going to Tony & Guy for more than 18 years and tried this branch, I found the manager & staff very friendly and pleasant and the stylist listened to what I wanted and made honest suggestions. I have had colours and always been happy recently I decided to go Au natural and was happy with the finished result, no pushing me to buy anything just a good service, and I will be back again very soon.
