If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, only thing I might suggest is maybe to be offer refreshments.

Yes the waiting time is long but that’s because it is the only decent barbers in Leicester. Trust me its worth the wait though! Mike, P, Jam and Jed are all amazing especially Mike he gives the best fade and beard trim to me 😃😃😃. Hopefully soon they start bookings then i’ll block book Mike for the whole year 😉
M. N.I've been going to Chaplins for 17 years and although some reviews have remarked about the long waiting times, unfortunately this is down to how popular a place this is, it's busy for a reason. Mike and the rest of the guys are meticulous, professional and very friendly. They don't rush your haircut, it takes as long as it needs to take. There's times that I've had belly aches and tears of laughter, due to the jokes and banter being told by the guys and punters at Chaplins. You may hang around waiting a while, but it's an enjoyable wait. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I now live 19 miles away.

M.I love going to chaplins as micheal is truly a first class barba ,and he is one of the funniest guys iv ever met, he has a great sense of humour, his shop is very upmarket and clean ,also his members of staff are really nice people, first class cut everytime ,well done chaplins keep up the good work I truly recommended CHAPLINS !!
T.They give the sharpest trims in Leicester. A bit more expensive than most barbers, but they never go wrong. They also give out loyalty cards now
