I’ve had my hair cut and coloured with Chandni a couple of times and I can say she’s the best hairdresser in city looks. She really listens to what you want and made sure to keep me reassured throughout the whole process and she will go above and beyond to recommend ways to keep your hair healthy. She’s my go to hairdresser and I can never go back to anyone else!! Thank you Chandni!☺️

I cannot recommend this salon enough! One of the best Salons I have been to and the best haircut I have ever had, thanks to hairstylist Shifa. The staff and facilities were amazing. I have changed hairdressers many times previously as they can't quite get what I am after, but I can say I have finally found the salon and hairstylist that can! My little sister had the same experience, and loves her new full fringe. Lovely mocha too!

My experience of City Look is always outstanding. All the stylists and staff are friendly and helpful and never leave you waiting. My experiences with Shifa are just a blessing. I look forward to my appointments as the atmosphere is relaxed friendly and very professional. Shifa gets to know you as a person and your likes and dislikes and tailors her skills to what we want. Staff are honest and will always be realistic with what's achievable. City Looks came into my life 3 years ago. I've never looked back. Always 10/10.

She literally has magic hands and I don't think I'd ever switch hairdressers she's taken me from dark brunette to ashy blonde while keeping my hair in immaculate condition. Shifa explains the process really well and understands Asian hair when it comes to bold colours such as pink or blue. The salon has a great atmosphere and is a real treat whenever I go there.

I tried City Looks out purely by reading the reviews and what can I say.... Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My hair was in a sorry state, but Nasma has done wonders with it. One of the best parts was the the wash. Nasma has a magic touch. The head massage whilst washing my hair was so therapeutic and my senses felt stimulated and alive. Having been to numerous salons in a goal to achieve ashy blonde without brassiness i think i have found the place! Shifa truly understands how to achieve this colour on asian hair. I haven't been back to a salon in over 6 yrs as he last experience was horrendous I wanted to do something different with my hair n was recommended this place by a friend I had a red balayage done with amazing results The staff were so friendly n laid back but professional at the same time From start to finish I felt at ease even though my stomach was in knots I have never felt so welcome n treated with dignity n respect... they also allowed me to eat n drink which was a bonus as I love food lol.. highly recommended to anyone who has a salon phobia like I did xxxx
