El is a great barber she really knows what she is doing. She is such a perfectionist and it never feels like you are being rushed out of the door. I have been to many barbers throughout my life and always left feeling that something wasn't quite right with my hair but I never feel like that after leaving El.

I never really cared too much about my hair before I met Ellie. Since meeting her, she’s recommended how to maintain it and take better care of it and I can genuinely see the difference! I hadn’t had my hair cut in years so I wanted a change and Ellie put me at ease and, with her many years of experience, suggested a nice length for me. Fabulous & friendly hair barbering service. I bring my son for his hair cut and he always looks pukka after El has given him a skin fade! I’ve been using Ellie for 3 years now, I would not have my haircut by anyone else. Before I found Ellie I’d had some terrible haircuts by hairdressers who rushed and didn’t care. Ellie is the total opposite, such a nice person, she doesn’t charge enough in my opinion for her skill. El had been my barber since I was a young lad in the picturesque village of Anstey. After the first lockdown I tracked her down to entrust her with my monstrosity of hair which had sprouted over the long months of isolation. El was able to offer her always excellent services and tame my wild locks. In my 60+ years I have known many a barber and El is by far the best. Not only is she a magician of her arts she is also friendly funny kind and surprisingly wise. I love the barbershop she has created and always enjoy the experience of chatting with her as she cuts back the years as well as the hair. Not just a haircut but an experience - and one I highly recommend.

I visited Eleanors barbers just after the second lockdown as I was desperate for my children’s haircuts to be done. She got us in very quickly and her service was amazing. Safe to say she is now our regular barber 😄. Shes an absolutely lovely woman who takes her time and listens to exactly how you want the hair cut (she even accomadates my youngests requests of racing stripes 😂). She’s very good and patient with the children and has lovely little chats with them. Her salon is always clean and tidy. Book in with her and you wont be disappointed ☺️
