I love my appointments at fox hair design everyone always makes me feel so welcome, I always have the best customer experience there. And my lovely stylist Jess always does a fabulous job of my colour and cut & style. I get so many compliments about my hair and it’s all thanks to Jess Can’t wait to show off my gorgeous Christmas hair.

Charlotte never lets me down. I always walk out of Fox Salon feeling amazing. I was having a colour check before booking an appointment. I am disabled and needed to see if I could manage getting about. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Met the owner Carl, who had responded to my numerous emails. Looking forward to getting my hair cut and coloured in a couple of weeks. Today (23 Sept) I had my colour and cut with Neve. To say I am happy is an understatement. Thank you so much for your care and patience and for the most amazing hair. I could not have asked for better. See you in November 😁

Had a complete overhaul today. Compete colour change and a total restyle from Carl. After feeling a little apprehensive about a previous experience, I was a little nervous, but I popped in for a consultation a d of course a ski test - a and from initial meeting I was really happy to get booked in. I really felt like they knew what they were on about and by golly, I was not wrong. I was in today for a total overhaul and Carl once again, looked after me. Explaining what the processes were, step by step leaving me full of confidence. I'm so happy with my hair. In fact. Probably the happiest I've been in years with it. Thankyou so so much! I’m a bit of a harsh critic and have high expectations when it comes to hair and beauty! And that’s why I felt the need to write this review of my salon experience in Barwell this week. I am a huge fan of Joseph Needham and followed him from a very high end salon in Leicestershire. He is simply amazing!!! Great advice... customer care... interesting conversation... expert hairdresser for colour and cutting services. I’ve just come back from having hair extensions put in and he did a fantastic job!! ❤️ The salon itself is warm, inviting, relaxing and serves great coffee!! Everyone was so friendly and I had such an enjoyable experience. Top talent in a great salon... not at all like the stuffy, slightly pretentious high end salon I have been visiting for the last ten years. This is now my salon of choice. 100%!

I had my hair done today by the lovely Neve, and she worked wonders on my hair. I had tried going blonde at home and it ended with me having fairly damaged hair which had tones of orange and really bright white bits in, I felt horrendous and needed help urgently. Neve was amazing, it felt like I was having my hair done by a friend I’ve known for years, she was extremely friendly, super helpful and helped save my hair!! It was so comforting having a hairdresser who made me laugh as much as she did, I enjoyed my visit thoroughly. I had my appointment at 11:15am and didn’t leave the salon until 4pm as my hair needed a lot of work! She really took her time and showed amazing attention to detail and ensured I was comfortable and happy with my result. I’ve recently moved to the area so I have desperately been looking for a decent salon and it’s safe to say I’ve found it. All the staff were absolutely lovely, I spoke to Joseph a lot who was giving me a lot of advise on what to do with my hair and what will look best, everyone is so lovely and I will certainly be visiting there again and recommending them to others.
