First time in a barber's and wasn't sure how it would go as some won't do women's hair. Ash was great. Came out with a lot more confidence in what to do and ask for when I go back. Good customer service and made sure I was happy with each part. Nice fade and no hassle. I'd booked a longer slot because I wasn't sure and they showed their honesty by dropping the price to what I actually needed even though I wouldn't have known. Definitely worth going here.

Impeccable customer service and craftsmanship, by Wolfgang and his co-worker. I was expecting professionalism and wasn’t proven wrong. I bought a mens grooming kit and received a free little beard trim and counseling on how to maintain my beard aswell. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first experience going into a barber to get my haircut and as a woman I was honestly a little nervous, but it was one of the best haircutting experiences I had. Ash was super nice and friendly and immediately put me at ease and honestly gave me the best haircut I've had since I cut my hair up short two and a half years ago. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it has great vibes and is a really nice relaxed place. I do especially recommend here for any women with short hair who are nervous to go to a barber, I assure you this is definitely the place for you

Amazing barbers and a great haircut from Kieran today! Friendly service from the owner as well. If you're looking for a great fade, a good laugh, all for a decent price, then this is the place to go. I've found my new favourite barber shop. Thanks guys.

Went in by chance because they did walk ins and I couldn't get an appointment elsewhere, but very glad I did because Wolfgang was fantastic. Really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions as well. Trim was top notch and one of the best I've had. Will defo be going back here from now on

I have been to Headcase Barbers in Leicester a couple of times now since it has opened and am highly impressed with everything about this place. The location is perfect and it has a very slick feel to the place. The barbers are highly skilled and are very welcoming. It's clear that these guys know exactly what they are doing. Their attention to detail is amazing and they always go the extra mile. I am very particular about my hair and presentation and trust these guys 100% to do a great job. Looking forward to my next cut and beard trim. I would highly recommend Headcase Barbers all the guys out there who want to look sharp and feel good after their cut.

Been here a couple of times now, Sam is great, recently used the new barber Ash, he is good too, great haircuts, great banter. I signed up for the £250 years unlimited haircuts, now I feel like I'm robbing the place. I think it work out to a £5 a cut. Decor is spot on too. Love the character on the wall. Was just randomly walking by at 750pm and turned around and went in and asked if I was ok still to have my hair cut. Went in, got it done and with amazing results. Got an edgy looking super trendy haircut - £20 well spent. Will be returning in a while for some tweaking when I've got some more length on my hair.... But for now, the best man role awaits me on Saturday!
