I've been going to Images for a couple of years and had only started having my roots coloured just before the pandemic hit. I decided to take the plunge and get balayage for the first time a few weeks ago. Amy did my hair and not only is she fab at what she does, she was amazing at making me feel at ease and helping me choose my colour. I'm really pleased with the results and am already booked in for some additional lighter colours in October! I couldn't recommend Amy and Images enough, they always make me feel welcome and comfortable whenever I go in to have my hair done.

Couldn’t recommend images enough, especially Amy. I have been going for a while and wanted to add some colour in my hair. Me and Amy settled on a subtle honey balayage and I’m so in love! Amy helped me choose the colours and talked me through the process as she was doing it, completely putting me at ease throughout the whole appointment. Couldn’t recommend enough!! X

Excellent service @Images. Amy is amazing!!Made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted. All the girls in the salon are friendly and the work is top notch. Great hair dressers. Listen to what you want them to do. Always a good bit of banter when you walk in. Nice lotus biscuits and the coffee is good too. I know this should be a review about the quality of the haircuts but as I am a 37 year old bloke with a receding hairline, I'm lucky they can do anything! Never ever feel intimidated walking in there even when it's full of women. Josie is lovely and they even let me take my dog in!

Very welcoming environment every time I visit for a colour and cut :) Price list are affordable and you still get same results as you would if you payed hundreds of ponds like the celebrity would with their hairdressers! all products used during the service are explained how they work and they benefit. My last visit was 25/1/2020 and was very pleased with my colour and cut

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 2 years now and Josie my hairdresser & I have built up a very good professional working relationship during this time, to me now making an appointment and walking in completely open to her suggestions & recommendations of hair styles & colours that would suit me. As a 50 yo woman she keeps me young(ish) and fresh with my hair and i always get lots of compliments on how lovely my hair looks from friends & family. It’s a lovely, accommodating salon with a relaxed atmosphere. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Phoned up on the off chance they could squeeze me in today as I've been so busy and go on holiday tomorrow. Not only did they manage to get me in but I left with a haircut that made me feel fab. Brilliant experience every time. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are amazing with our toddler - they have the patience of saints when cutting our toddler’s hair! Staff are very knowledgable, offering advice and tips about various styles/colours including how to style and look after it to ensure I always leave happy with my hair. Would recommend to all. AMAZING!! If your that person who is browsing the net wondering where to go in Leicester, then look no further. Trust me when I say this... I am the fussiest most scared person when it comes to my hair. I’m 30 and it was virgin mid brown. I can’t tell you how nervous I was to go to the hairdressers. I instantly felt at ease in the natural, homely, friendly and professional environment. All the girls are talented (as I witnessed during my time there) I had Amy Lou do my hair. I went for a hair painting technique. I asked for an ash blonde, subtle, but enough to notice. Amy nailed it! NO other salon has managed to achieve this EVER in my life, hence why I’d left left my hair so long. In previous experiences, I’ve left in floods of tears with yellow or copper hair, which is great but not on me. With being half Italian there’s a general expectation that I want ‘warm tones’ and I don’t. They have restored my faith in hairdressers! Amy Lou is a genius and a credit to the profession, as it the salon!

Baby sitters too!! I cannot thank Amy & Josie enough, I've been seeing Josie for about a year, on this visit I had my 3 week old daughter with me! I was really anxious about going, worrying if my baby would cry/Feeding etc. Well, I had no need to worry, not only was my hair amazing (as always), but Amy was on hand to help with looking after my daughter, and Josie was so patient when I needed to feed or change her bottom.
