I visited here last week with my toddler. Having been to other barbers who couldn’t manage to cut his hair(as he hates having his haircut), I came across this local barbers and was reassured that they could complete the job! .. the older gentleman Whom I assume is the owner made us feel so welcome and was attentive to my crying toddler. He did a fantastic job of cutting his hair, I feel compelled to write a review as everyone that has seen my toddler since, has commented on how good his hair looks! And have asked where he got it done from, so I said this italian barbers on queens road! .. thank you so much for the wonderful service.. we will be back.

Such a wonderful salon with warm, attentive and friendly staff who consistently give fantastic haircuts! I bring my six year old son here and the team are simply amazing with him! Huge thanks to Hasan who cut my little boys hair perfectly with such warmth and kindness!

This is a proper gentleman's barbers, sophisticated look, calm atmosphere, friendly conversation. All the barbers are highly professional, listen to your request and work with your hair and headshape. I always ask for Andrea who has gotten to know my style but any barber that works here is excellent.

I've been going here for years so apologies for the late review. They are always happy to see everyone (even me!), personable, caring and good at their job. If you are looking for a good haircut without the frills and want to avoid the exorbitant and needless costs of a hair salon, visit Morelli's - just as good, more fun and a third of the price!

A fun place to go for a haircut. What a great job they have. Never a dull moment. There is always lots of banter in the shop. Best place to be if you want an uplift for the day. I've been going there since it opened and always get a great haircut. They really appreciate your old magazines to share as well.

I have been getting my hair cut at this men’s salon for 2 years and have always been impressed with the service! My regular barber is Roman (furthest from the entrance) who does an excellent job and clearly takes pride in his hairdressing! In his absence I have also used the other 2 barbers, both of which have done a great job!... I have recommended friends to this Salon, all of which have been pleased with the service!

You know the score, you go and get you haircut and do small talks and they get the mirror out, you say thanks and tip a couple of quid. Not here, the staff know so much the conversations actually mean something (despite the usually awful cheesy jokes). Two of the guys are car nuts and so am I which helps, and whenever I go back they always welcome (even) me. I always bet a great haircut shaped like I want, they are great stylists and from what I've seen great with kids too. If you live in South Leicester don't hesitate. Trev

The best barber’s in Leicester! Not only a good snip, but barbers that listen to what you want, are happy to use scissors rather than clippers and great banter at the same time. I’ve been having the snip here since 2002 or maybe even earlier than that!

I have used Morelli's for several years, work permitting (too many long hours restricting visits to the weekend of late) that has recently changed so shall be using Morelli's more during the week. The staff are both friendly and attentive. With regards to styling, experience amd an understanding of how someone's hair grows/lies makes for a good service getting extremely close and more often exactly the cut expected.

No appointment necessary - just turn up, get your short back and sides, pay and leave. In like a scruff and out looking smart in under ten minutes. Haircuts are described in numbers from 1 to 4 but the barbers always do a good job.

Been using Morelli’s since I was 13 (it was Nando’s then - named after Ezio’s elder brother). First class service from both Ezio (described as the “old guy” in another post - hope to be as fit and able as Ezio at 70ish!) and Fash. Very good banter and always get what you ask for. Better than any shop locally and would not hesitate to recommend it
