I had a lovely first experience at the salon. I had booked online to avail the 50% colour discount and was assigned stylist Kiran to do my cut and colour. Kiran came across as very knowledgeable when she clearly and patiently repeated all the options I had for my hair colour without going lighter. She was very transparent with the prices for each treatment/ process and I was pleased with her services. She did a fabulous job with the root colour and cut. She did some awesome waves when styling my hair at the end. But I really hope Rush will consider lowering their prices a little as I feel the prices are still a little steep for the average person.

I’ve been getting my hair coloured, cut and styled by Josh for over year!! (There’s no other person I trust!) I absolutely love his work/technique and always fall in love with the end result! Josh is VERY experienced and is a true expert when it comes to achieving the desired balayage. This is my second time at the salon. It was my first time having Jess do my hair, I believe she is a senior director. She was amazing from the offset, she made sure she knew what I wanted to do to my hair. She advised me on balayage shades which would compliment my face and skin tone. She did a beautiful job with both my colour, cut and finish. A relationship between a hair stylist and client is very important and she ensured I felt comfortable and she was genuinely interested in conversation with me. My appointment ran close to closing time but she did not rush styling my hair and gave me good hair advice which did not benefit her or the salons profits. I just had another amazing experience with Alveena. She is an expert in cutting and colouring hair with ultra-professional skills. What sets Alveena apart is her calmness, ability to advise what suits (and what doesn’t!) clearly and concisely as well as the effort that she puts into making sure every little aspect is perfect every time. She doesn’t rush or cut any corners. I am from London and have tried several stylists, both salons and independents, however after having had my cut and colour with Alveena several times she keeps surpassing expectations always going an excellent professional job, which just makes me keep coming back time and time again. I would highly recommend Alveena without a second thought.

Excellent haircut. Jessica was able to salvage my hair from a bad haircut. It was admittedly a busy salon, I believe she was triple booked. She did manage to really listen to what I wanted, took her time cutting my hair and then, once dried, do the finishing touches that really made a difference. Kiran has just finished my hair today, I had some highlights on my roots to blend a block blonde. She was WONDERFUL, she sat me down beforehand and recommended the right treatments for me and what would be healthiest for my brittle, overly bleached hair. It's okay, depends on what hairstylist you get. You need a lot of time because you will be often left alone so they can go to other clients. Good for small cuts and blow dries. Anything more sophisticated would be too hard for them so dont waste your time and money
