Took my girls, aged 4 and 8. My girls have really thick curly hair and Emma did a fantastic job of cutting and styling. I was skeptical about my 4 year old cooperating but she was relaxed and put at ease. Emma is very gentle in handling small children. She knows what she is doing and gives right advise that best suits the kids. The place is calm, very clean and maintained. Will really recommend their services not just for adults haircuts but also for kids.

Sam has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now, he is an extremly professional barber who does an amazing job every single time. He has given some extremly helpful advice about styling my own hair and what products to use. Emma is always extremly lovely and professional with her clients so feel free to go to either for a good experience and a great hair cut. Always a pleasure going into Stag Heads. The business is well looked after in addition to the barbers being great at what they do. Looking forward to keep coming back best barbers in Leicester by far.

I have been on the search for a full service barbers since moving to Leicester. Suffice to say, the search has now ended as both Emma and Sam are nothing short of brilliant. Sam knew exactly what he was doing, understood where I felt other barbers lacked attention to detail and took his time to make sure the cut and style was exactly what I wanted. Emma couldnt have done more to make me feel welcome and safe in these difficult times. This is the only 5* rated barbers in Leicester and I can vouch for it after just 1 visit.

First time I've ever let anyone touch my beard, so asked the stylist to do what he felt was best. Very friendly, although I couldn't talk due to sharp things near face, checked with me throughout to ensure I was happy. Fully Covid compliant, friendly, reasonably priced - would definitely recommend. Also probably wouldn't leave it 30 years before allowing someone to trim my beard next time!

I didn't want to create a long review but this place really deserves it. The staff are very welcoming and keeps the place clean. The atmosphere and the environment is comfortable with some really nice décor. The value you get from this place is exceedingly high so you pay for the years of experience that the staff has. Overall, very positive and would recommend anyone who is looking for a certain type of hairstyle! :)

Sam consistently delivers an excellent haircut, which can be difficult considering I have curly hair, he also gives informed recommendations that demonstrate he knows what he's doing. The booking system means I have never had to wait before starting my trim and I would strongly recommend Staghead to anyone looking for a competent hairdresser in the area.

I took my nephew for the full works for his 18th birthday and he was highly impressed. He had his hair transformed by Emma and a relaxing wet shave and hot towel treatment by Sam. They both recommended products only when asked about them which was great. Nothing worse than going for a nice relaxing new hair day and you have to spend the whole time thinking of excuses for not buying all of the products they are trying to sell as they use them. The price was also amazing. Will definitely be recommending my husband and his friends.

I finally found my favourite barber shop. It is a new place clean and tidy. I went on the website and booked a haircut for the same day, actually there was a slot available an hour later, so very convenient. Emma basically did fix my hair from previous haircuts and give me the shape I was looking for. Highly recommended.
