First time in the salon today so I was a little nervous. However, Emily did a fantastic job with my hair today! I came in wanting a full head of foil highlights along with a cut & finish. I’ve had my hair cut, coloured and styled on a few occasions by Emily at this salon. She is so friendly and talked me through everything step by step. I was unsure about colouring my hair in the first place but definitely no regrets as it turned out amazing! Thank you Emily, i will definitely be back!

I've had my hair Balayaged by Emily twice now and I couldn't be more thrilled. The first time I went I left feeling so happy she did and amazing job on my hair and honestly made me feel so welcome. On my second visit I thought I couldn't be anymore happier than the first visit until she was finished and I was overjoyed she did an amazing job I couldn't thank her enough. She is amazing at what she does and not only that she's great to have a chat and a laugh with you don't even realise the time. The whole experience from start to finish was 10/10. The customer service is impeccable and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming I would 1000% recommend to everyone and I have already. Can't wait for my next visit!

I visited for the first time today and had a cut and finish with Emily. Emily was so lovely and professional and really took the time to discuss my hair. My hair was very damaged from a very bad experience with a different salon & Emily was excellent at identifying this and helping me to make a plan to regain the condition of my hair. I had not visited the salon before and was nervous due to my previous bad experience but emily was honestly brilliant. She cut my hair exactly as I asked for and helped recommend treatments that would bring the condition back. I can honestly say this was one of the best hairdressers that I have been to and i would definitely recommend them and their services. Emily is a credit to the business. I also met sam who was also lovely and very friendly.
