Love this salon you know all the staff will be amazing as it's Mark Jeff's. I've been coming to Helen for roughly 3 years for my bleached and pink hair and she's been honest with me from the outset of how to keep my hair in great condition with a combination of bleach visits and toner visits to break up the amount of bleach being used on my hair. It's worth paying more for the service being provided.

I've not had my hair done, but my partner Natalie has many times. Usually when I go with Natalie the ladies are absolutely second to none with hospitality and hair. Natalie always admires how much care and consideration goes into each cut she receives. I can definitely tell as I'm usually there to see her enjoy the fabulous moments when she realises how amazing her hair looks! Plus the cuppa and biscuits go a long way (pre-lockdown) 😋 Though in Lockdown, Natalie has had her hair done alone and is still very happy with what the ladies have managed to do to keep her hair looking amazing! 💯

If you have a bob and have experienced people either thinning it out too much or cutting it too short go to Holly. I have never had a bad cut from her and my hair sits perfectly every time until the next cut.

I have been going to Mark Jeff’s for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I regularly see Amy for my eyebrow wax plus any other beauty treatments. She’s kind, caring and professional. I also have my hair done here and whilst I’ve seen a few stylists I have always been happy with the outcome. All staff from reception through to therapists/stylists are extremely professional and friendly! :)

Overall incredible! Lena the hairdresser who cut my hair from a mess to a flawless, sharp Bob was so Welcoming, Friendly, Kind ,Chatty and Professional, you would never know she is only learning her craft. The salon in general is lovely. light, spacious, clean really enjoyed my experience would book again with Lena. 😁

First time having treatments here. The girl who did my nails had a runny nose which she wiped her arm with, not very hygenic. I had a back massage & at one point i found the music too loud. I do feel the cold essily & felt the room was a bit on the cool side but this could just be me. I will attend again as you can make a day of it as its spa and hairdressers in one which is ideal for me.

Fabulous ‘last minute appointment’ haircut today by Reece. Beautifully cut...not sure how, but a good 2-3 inches off and my hair looks longer and fuller! Have booked to go back in a couple of weeks for highlights. Thank you 😊

I've been visiting Shelly regularly for electrolysis on my upper lip and chin. I must say I was apprehensive at first but the changes over a short period of time are fantastic. Shelly is very professional and confident in her role and makes you feel very relaxed. No more shaving or plucking for me.
