Would 100% recommend this salon to anyone, such a lovely positive atmosphere and it was the first time I’ve ever felt comfortable in a salon!. My stylist Becky was amazing she made me feel very welcome and comfortable and was very friendly and understanding of my hair needs, she did a brilliant job with my hair, I had a lovely balayage treatment which came out perfectly. I’m looking forward to going back in 3 months time for a touch up ☺️.

Came here for the first time yesterday and loved it! The customer service is amazing, you can tell that everyone there really cares that you have a good experience. Having visited this salon for a number of months for my roots, I've been really unhappy with the number of times I've had to go back to have them redone even though I don't have major grey. The salon itself and the staff are lovely but I ended up with a two toned hair colour which had to be stripped and re coloured.

Visited Red Hair for the first time today after seeing some great reviews from other curly girls. All I can say is wow! Michelle brought my curls out from nowhere and had so much great advice. This will now be my go to salon. I was served by Alessia and she did a fantastic job on my hair. Did exactly the way I wanted it, and was very chatty and I felt very relaxed. As I was a first time customer there they gave me a lovely little goody bag and I received a complimentary hair product. Was given a fantastically made cup of tea! 😄They can serve the teas and coffees with oat milk which is a great touch. Amazing price as well. Would hands down recommend.

Recently moved to the area and was on the hunt for a good hairdressers. I booked in with Becky and she was so warm and welcoming. The salon has such a nice, fresh vibe about it and everyone was super friendly. Becky did such a fab job restyling my super long hair into a sheek Lob! Love this place, go in with hair needing first (and second) aid, and come out feeling like a million dollars. The laughter along the journey with bubbly Alicia is a tonic and her fun demeanour is contagious. Refreshments lovely too. I have curly hair and have struggled to find a hairdresser in the area who understood my hair. I found Alessia after a google search and had my 2nd appt with her yesterday and for any curly girls out there I can’t recommend her enough. Fabulous colourist and for the first time in a long while my curls are singing. I wouldn’t usually have found Red Hair but it is definitely a hidden gem.

This is the best salon I have ever visited. The atmosphere was great and you can tell the staff really enjoy what they do because they make your experience a superb one, I felt really well looked after. I had a consultation with the business owner, Michelle, and I have never felt in such safe hands. Michelle really understood exactly what I was looking for, I left the salon incredibly happy with the results and a goodie bag too!! They even managed to fit in my son, without an appointment, for a quick trim. Perfect! I will be a regular to Red from now on. :-)

I had not been satisfied with 2 other recommended hair dressers since moving to Lincoln, so looked on line and saw all the excellent reviews about 'Red Hair'. I was so surprised and really impressed with the friendly staff from the first phone contact, the skin test and my first appointment. Molly really listened and paid attention to what I said about the issues with my hair, she took the time and the trouble to ensure I was happy at every stage. I am absolutely delighted with, the colour and style. Many many thanks Molly. Also a lovely touch to have a welcome present and given a 'no pressure questionnaire' - excellent customer care which I have never had before. A lovely friendly vibrant salon. All of this at the same price that I have had to pay elsewhere in Lincoln but a really lovely positive experience.
