Everyone in the Salon is very welcoming and friendly. Sarah takes the time to get to know her clients, makes them feel comfortable and has a chat whilst still being efficient and completing the appointment in a good amount of time. I like how she listens to how I would like my hair but also makes suggestions of what she thinks would be best. Even when I have left too much time between cuts and my hair practically needs restyling I always feel like she does an amazing job with my Pixie cut. Would definitely recommend.

I had the most amazing experience at the salon today. I was made to feel very welcome and every single member of staff are so friendly and kind. I suffer a lot with anxiety so i don't get my hair done as often as i should but i felt very comfortable and relaxed today because the atmosphere in the salon was so nice. Sarah done my hair today, she is brilliant and wonderful and has created magic with my hair. The colour is so gorgeous! 😍 xxx

The team at Hair Transform are all so friendly and hospitable. Made feel like a queen every time i visit! Spiros is extremely knowledgeable in hair and knows exactly what suits me, and my face shape. He gives his honest opinion which I love and appreciate. He wouldn't let me leave without something that suits me. He's a perfectionist and it definitely shows in his work!

Spiros is always excellent. I love the way he blow dries my hair as he listens to how I like it. The staff are very friendly but also professional. The salon always has a lovely atmosphere.

Amazing service from the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Spyros asked me every step of the way what I would like doing with my hair and gave me recommendations where I wasn’t sure. Absolutely loved my hair when it was finished, i feel human again. Thank you 😊

I had a re-style with Sarah this morning. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted which included taking quite a lot off my long hair. She made sure at every step of the way that I was completely happy with what she was doing and even took the time to curl my hair at the end. I left feeling 100% amazing. I've always left this salon really happy and I won't be going anywhere else.

This is by far the best salon experience I’ve ever had. I went for a consultation and was quite nervous because I’d lost a lot of my hair and hadn’t been to the hairdressers in years. The staff were all fabulous! Really friendly and inviting. I had my appointment with Jeanette and I’m absolutely made up with my hair! It looks and feels better than it has done in a long time and Jeanette was really lovely. I won’t go anywhere else again xx

Although my hairdresser was running a little late, she was so apologetic about it, which I really appreciated. Do NOT hesitate to go for it, change your life for the better and take the jump. Hair Transform won’t just change your appearance (next level stuff) but will also change your life for the better. A million percent mindblowing customer service...I’m a customer for life now. Worth EVERY penny.

This is the first time i came there, and i did hair cut and finish. I was satisfied with the results. And she did the job very well. I explained about what I want and she did it great. Definitely will be back soon for another treatment!

I first went to see Dawn and 'les girls' in September 2013 and just wish I had done it sooner! It's not a pleasant experience when your hair starts thinning and falling out - it's a terrible blow to your confidence. I couldn't believe the 'magic' she worked on my hair - its now a joy to do instead of a 'horrible chore' - I absolutely love it! Dawn is a truly lovely lady and the girls in the salon are also very friendly and helpful, she always makes me feel welcome - she is very understanding and sympathetic! I really can't sing her praises enough she is a very clever lady! I would urge anyone who is having 'hair problems' to go to Transform - you will definitely not regret it.

It is just over 2 years now since I plucked up the courage and walked through the doors of Hairtransform Liverpool. That day changed my life! I have suffered with thinning hair since my early teens being diagnosed with 'male pattern baldness'. Just talking about my problem was a great embarrassment, and so this was a huge step for me. Id phoned the salon 2 years previously, but never had the courage to book, and it was only the fact that I had my daughters wedding in Italy looming in front of me that made me go...The thought of having photos taken with the sunshine 'spotlighting' my thinning scalp horrified me and so I decided that instead of a 'new hat' I would opt for 'new hair'. Dawn made me feel so comfortable from the moment I met her. She even arranged for me to meet with some of her clients with the similar problems, so that I could see for myself the transformations she could make. I was still very nervous but knew it was something I wanted to do.....Appointment booked! Even as i write this review my pulse is racing as I remember how nervous I felt when I arrived for my appointment ....but I am also smiling, as that day truly changed my life! Dawn and her team are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are true professionals! I would just like to say a massive thankyou now to them all for doing that for me.....My family and friends could not believe it when they first saw me, the transformation is amazing....For me, well I still pinch myself sometimes when I look in the mirror, and as for photos....bring em on !!!!
