I've had my hair done by Enya and she's absolutely fabulous!! I've had my eyebrows microbladed by Mel and they're amazing! I've had my nails done by Bev and they're fabulous every time! All the staff are absolutely amazing and Kate is the nicest owner ever! I feel like I've known them a hundred years, it's the best feeling coming into a salon and instantly feeling welcome. It was my first time visiting and I had Jaime who did my colour, cut and style and she was incredible! I came in with dark brown hair and she managed to lift me up to a light blonde in perfect condition! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, everyone is super friendly too.

In no time at all she had done the job, which I thought would take hours. She is a really lovely person and a great stylist. You would not know I had a toupee on. And it was great value. I only moved to liverpool recently and tried a couple of salons but now I found house of colour I wouldn't go anywhere else. The colour and cut I get I always love. Kate, Enya and Bev all go the extra mile and make you feel so comfortable at the salon. Kate and Enya were both drying my hair the other day so I could get to my dinner on time! Bev does fab nails and the pick and mix deal is such good value with a relaxing massage. I've never left a review for somewhere before but couldn't rate this place higher 😊

I visited house of colour on Monday and had Kate as my stylist. I told her I wanted a change from scalp bleach to something still blonde but more subtle and omg did she deliver!!!! I am absolutely in love with my hair! I showed her pictures of styles I liked and she told me what would and wouldn’t be achievable. I have been to House of Colours in house Beautician Bev, a fair few times now and without a doubt, she always has me leaving the salon feeling fabulous! I usually visit Bev to get a manicure/acrylics/shellac done. Bev is always so thoughtful and creative with the colours and designs she does. You could take her any design and your nails will come out looking even better than the photo you took in! I have also received a few massages from Bev too. She gives the most beautifully relaxing, but perfectly firm massages ever!! Quite a few times I've had to be woken up at the end, as I'd drifted off, haha! If you want to feel fabulous, then look no further, Bev is definitely the person to take care of all your beauty wants and needs and all for wonderful prices too! (What more could you ask for?) Thanks again Bev! And see you at my next appointment ;-)

Where do I begin with House of Colour... I was lucky enough to meet the HoC girls at my work and they told me about their hair salon, they were all absolutely lovely so I thought I'd give it a go as I had been needing to find a salon in Liverpool. I entered House of Colour yesterday and was greeted by Enya who is lovely, she washed my hair for me and was very friendly and professional. I then was delighted to see Jamie for my cut, blowdry and styling. First of all she is absolutely gorgeous!! More importantly however she is professional and clearly very experienced. She was able to make me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. The results from Jamie's work were incredible, I have genuinely never seen my hair so soft and nourished, it was a complete transformation. I could not stop looking at my hair since she styled it so beautifully. The whole experience at House of Colour was perfect, the salon itself is super funky, clean and spacious, and you can tell its run by people that love what they do. I recommend House of Colour to anyone looking for a high quality service. I have definitely found my salon in Liverpool and I'd like to thank House of Colour for their kindness and generosity. Xxxx

Jamie understood the hair colour change i wanted, advised in her uber professional and friendly way that it may not be possible first go, going from red to brown with flashes of white was my hope. I visited the salon on Saturday for a long over due hair transformation! Kate has done my hair for a few years now and this was my first visit to her new salon. I am the type of client that is always so undecided what I want doing with my colour and style, I am not that good at explaining what I want either, I just want to go in sit down and get it done! Kate knows what works well with my hair and what colours suit me best, I feel comfortable enough to leave her to it! The atmosphere in the salon is buzzing, great location on Bold Street. Salons clean and spacious! It feels good to be back in a salon and I look forward to my next visit!

Literally had the best hairdressers experience I've ever had at House of Colour. Kate is so skilled, and incredibly professional as well as super friendly. I felt so relaxed and she was so patient as I had so many questions with how to look after my hair. She did such a brilliant job and I am so happy with the results - I felt really listened to with what I wanted done. All Covid precautions are really safe and clean and in place. Fantastic salon!! Very welcoming, Kate done a balayage on my hair and cut me a fringe in. My hair has had years and years of black box dyes on it and after 2 visits got the colour I wanted. In fact it was better than I expected. It was very covid safe all staff was friendly and could fault the service. Cannot recommend this salon enough. Every single one of the ladies that work there are LOVELY. Kate completely looked after me, asking me what I wanted but also helping me decide on bits I wasnt sure on. I had such an amazing experience here, thanks to Jamie who did my hair. She was able to lift my dark brown hair to the perfect blonde balayage and did such a great job! Also the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming! I would recommend this place to anyone, which is saying a lot as I am extremely particular about how my hair is done!!

Short background on my hair - I am naturally very dark haired (dark brown/almost black) and I currently have fully bleached hair in then best condition it’s ever been in. I’ve tried previous salons where I’d paid similar prices and ended up with chemical burns on my scalp from their bleach, extremely damaged, dry, broken hair that was completely ruined. My hair has never felt so healthy since getting my colour done here, you can tell the quality of the products the salon uses are the best on the market, it’s so hard to have naturally dark, fully bleached hair that remains so shiny and soft after every colour session, I couldn’t be happier! All stylists are friendly, professional and knowledgable, making you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door, getting to know you on a personal level and always going the extra mile to make you comfortable. Jaime does my colour and always makes sure I leave 100% happy. She is so talented and really listens to what I want, giving her professional advice, knowing what will work best and talking you through the process so you don’t get a shock when you get back to your chair! I would recommend anyone to try this salon if you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere, I promise you will be well looked after and listened to!

I’ve been trying to find a new hair dresser for a while now. I was looking for a natural colour after being box dye red for years. I pop in the salon when passing. Kate seamed very knowledgeable and confident she could change my look. And oh my god did she. My hair is just fabulous, she took be from copper red to a more dark blonde/ brownie shade which I love. She just knew what to do, my eye colour pops my skin tone looks better. I felt a million dollars walking out. Very friendly & professional. Would recommend to anyone.
