I’ve never usually kept to the same hairdresser because I’ve never found the right one. I met oliwia coincidently as she was based where I live and I was literally over the moon when I walked out the hairdressers. She is so welcoming, listens to exactly what you want.. and how she transforms my hair in one go is just beyond me! Oliwia has been doing my hair for just over a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. She's so polite and makes you feel so welcome that it's like getting your hair done by your best friend! I always come away feeling so happy with what she's done for me. I can also tell she really listens to what you want and fully explains the process of what needs to be done and if what you want will take more than one visit (I have really dark hair and get it dyed ashy blonde). She's also fully upfront in terms of charges and offers a quote before you book in if you know what you want, she'll also offer extra things on the day but is very upfront with any extra cost. She is very knowledgeable on the most up to date techniques and products that improve your hair health. She so talented at what she does and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough.
