I was badly let down by another salon in Dale Street while on my friends 50th spa day at the Hilton Double Tree. I'd booked to have my hair blow dryed and wanded so I didnt need to take all my stuff and the other salon was only 4mins walk away. I arrived 8mins before my appt with wet hair, to find my salon completely closed!!!! I was distraught, I went back to the Hilton upset who arranged for me to go to Rush....wow! Am I glad they did. Despite an additional £12 in taxis and losing an extra 45mins going backwards and forwards across town, I had my hair done and I was delighted with the style, the staff and how helpful EVERYBODY was. They really did save the day and I was able to enjoy the rest of our evening. Thank you to all the staff at Rush x

Went in on Friday to get my hair cut and dyed balayage blonde. The service was amazing, lovely staff members checking you’re okay and offering drinks and a really chilled atmosphere with good music. Kayley did my hair and was so friendly and chatty which made the few hours I was there fly by! First time clients also get 50% off the most expensive service on Fridays and Mondays so the balayage was only £50 instead of £100. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing girls here! I can’t say thank you enough. Bleached my hair at home turned out neon orange and I came in so worried it couldn’t be fixed. Honestly the girls were so lovely and reassuring and spent so long doing my hair and it turned out better than I ever even imagined. Could not recommend this place enough!! Gotten so many compliments on my new hair and it’s thanks to Rush. Thanks so much girls I’ll definitely be back soon. Xx

Had a balayage and a cut from Jaime today and I am so happy with how my hair has turned out. Jaime took the time to talk about exactly the colour and style I wanted, and she really listened to what I wanted as the end result. My finished hair looks absolutely lovely and I am so so happy with it. Jaime is also really lovely and friendly, as are all the other staff in the salon. I always find going and getting my hair cut a bit stressful as I feel out of place, so it had been a while since my last cut. I was a little early for my appointment but I was greeted by a lovely guy who got me a drink and showed me to a seat to wait. I was taken a few minutes later to my chair and met Natalia who was going to do my colour. She was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and listened to what I’ve had done before and what I was looking for this time, but not only that when I asked for ideas she actually gave me some. Which was great as when I’ve been to other salons and asked for their opinion I wouldn’t normally get anything. We came up with a colour and we also discussed my cut. She went and got Jamie who would be cutting my hair and the three of us had a collaborative chat about everything before we started. After having my hair coloured and washed Jamie came and started the cut and at every step checked I was happy before doing the next step. This is 100% what I want from a salon experience. I can have a vague idea of what I want but without the knowledge of a stylist and colourist I’d end up looking a mess. Through every step of this experience I was treated amazingly. I was continuously consulted and not once felt intimidated or neglected. Both Natalia and Jamie where fantastic, but to be honest everyone was so warm and friendly. Such a good experience and will definitely be going back. Absolutely love my hair. Thank you.

Got a haircut at Rush earlier today and it was great! I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past so getting a haircut can be a bit of a worrisome experience, yet Mia, my hairdresser, made me feel super comfortable since the beggining. She did a great job, I left with exactly what I wanted plus she gave me this lovely wavy blow dry that is still holding up after a whole afternoon (my hair is super straight and heavy). Would definitely recommend the place- and ask for Mia, she is lovely!

Been with Rush for almost 3 years now (since moving to liverpool for uni). Everyone I had has been amazing - unfortunately some had left! I recently got passed onto Jamie; if you want a super blunt cut then she is the one to go to! She cut my hair absolutely perfectly, so straight and not a hair out of place. My hair came out super great, Tisha did an amazing job. The best hairdressers in Liverpool!! I had my hair done here today by India. She really listened to what I wanted and gave some great options. She was also easy to talk too and my hair looks amazing! All the staff are friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. They let my sister come in a few times so I can breastfeed my 8 month old as well and made me feel really comfortable. Will definitely be back to see India :)

I have never been to a salon with such a lovely atmosphere before. I was put at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. I had booked myself in for the wrong colour treatment but the staff didn’t judge me or complain, they just accommodated me and couldn’t do enough! She started with a thorough consultation so I got the exact result I was after - this was very reassuring as I've been let down in the past by another salon not properly bothering to understand what I wanted, then blaming me for not knowing the correct terminology?! • HIGHLY RECOMMEND • After going to a different salon not even 4 hours earlier, I called RUSH in an absolute state about the mess that the previous salon had left my hair in. I spoke to DANNY and he was so kind, considerate and slotted me in for a consultation to see if they could do anything to try and rectify all the mistakes the previous salon had done. NATALIA was able to help by dulling the colour of my *unwanted* highlighter like pink hair to that of a more softer, peachier shade. I cannot thank Natalia, Danny and all the other stylists who were interactive, positive and all tried to help and make me feel more comfortable even though all I wanted to do was cry because of my horror highlighter hair!! BUT again, thanks to Natalia I was able to walk out with a shade closer to the one I wanted and through this experience I have found the salon and stylist I cannot wait to let work on my hair!! Ladies, if you are looking to find your perfect hairdresser then look no further. My quest to find my perfect hairdresser has been long and eventful. I am pleased to say that my quest is finally over. Rush understood exactly what I wanted and cut and blowed my hair perfectly. Having your hair washed felt like a mini spa experience. Had a re-style today at RUSH salon Liverpool with the fabulous Tom. The first time EVER that i have entered a hair salon with an image of how I want it to look and actually left looking like that image and better. Tom was awesome, he is a brilliant hairdresser, he listened, he advised, he took the re-style step by step to ensure i was happy with how it was turning out. He gave me complete confidence in his abilities and its clear to see that he is a perfectionist in his trade + talent and he cares about what he does...So refreshing! Thank you Tom! Ive been going to rush hair Liverpool for 6 months now, the service is impeccable the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. It's a really tight nit well astablished salon, they really do go above and beyond to provide you with the best customer service as well as giving you the million dollar look. I think it is great value for money for the services they provide. I have to give a mention to my stylist tom he goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my hair he gives me a consultation before every appointment to run through what I would like to be done and then providing his professional opinion to make sure I'm getting all the information about my hair. He's very chatty as are all the staff and they are very complementary and conciencous of clienteles needs! If I could I'd give them 10 stars but as such I can only give 5. I love my experience every time I visit the salon, very well done to all the staff you're the reason I always come back. I would highly recommend this salon for hair. xxxxx

Rush Liverpool is truly a cut above the rest (if you'll pardon the pun), from the first second of dealing with them i felt like an individual-no assumptions were made as to who i was or what i wanted and was asked and advised as to what i would like or what would suit me which was a welcome change from some of the other salons dotted around Liverpool (where i felt like a name on a piece of paper). My Stylists name was Stefania who during our bright conversation let me know that her sister owned the salon and let me tell you, there was a true family atmosphere around and it did exactly what it says on the tin and made me feel welcome and at home. If you want personal service with a smile and some truly exceptional craftsmanship then get down to Rush and book with Stefania if you can

I came into them in hope they could fix the damage of another hairdressers mistake (which was quite the challenge) and after three different dyes, three hair dressers, numerous toners and six hours later they managed to make me go from looking like a bleached out root drag queen to a perfect 10. They even had to keep the salon open until 9pm just to get my hair to some form of normality. What the previous hair dresser did to my hair was nothing short of a joke. I can not thank Rush enough for saving my hair in time for ladies day and helping me feel good again in my own hair. I gave them the ultimate challenge and they did not fall short in succeeding. Thank you once again you have made me a happy girl and I will be back soon enough!
