I was nervous to go to a new hairdresser after almost 3 years of home cuts! I found Michelle very calming and she put me right at ease! The website is great for booking an appointment, especially if like me you find walking in to a hairdressers daunting. I got a cut and blow-dry with an olaplex treatment. My hair feels amazing and looks so healthy I'm still surprised that we didn't need to cut too much off! Will definitely be back in the new year for more cuts and colour treatment

Michelle is very professional and down to earth. She made me feel very relaxed and gave me lots of great advice. Absolutely made up with my hair I had full head highlights foils and also my mum had cut and blow dry cannot fault anything at all. Colour and cut is spot on. Michelle is very friendly and professional. She gives personal hair advice as well as performing excellent colour and styling. The salon is beautiful, modern and very private to ensure the best possible experience for the client. Only the best quality products are used at a very reasonable cost. From the 1st consultation, Michelle made me feel welcome. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice on what I was looking for. Two words... FAIRY GODMOTHER. I found The website just routing through Google and thought it looked impressive. I met with Michelle for a consultation where she was super helpful and full of the right advice! When my appointment came round I spent about 4 hours in the salon with Michelle and it felt like I’d known her for ages! She’s so welcoming and wonderful! The salon itself gives you a personal one to one salon experience and is so comfortable to be in! It’s so clean and with the pandemic situation slowly lifting you still get the safe feel whilst there! Can’t wait for my next appointment! Definitely recommend ladies!! Xx

From the first initial contact, Michelle was so easy to talk to and very professional, and made me feel comfortable enough to say what I wanted, and ask questions freely. Having had the same hair colour for more than ten years, I was nervous (to say the least) about changing my colour. I spoke to Michelle about my idea. She listened and gave me advice based on the colour I have been, my skin tone, hair type and so on. She took her time to give me advice and space to think about what I wanted to achieve with a radical hair colour change. I booked the appointment and leading up to it we were in contact because I needed reassurance! On the day, I went to her new salon and well, the word impressed doesn’t come close! It is not only Covid safe, but full of the most high tech equipment that I have ever seen in a hairdressers!! She talked me through the colour change and gave me a great experience - using top quality products on my hair that we’re environmentally friendly too! The thing that makes Michelle different is her approach, she cares about her clients and doing the right thing by you and your hair. I can say changing my colour has been the best thing that I have done! As someone with very long thick hair, I need my hairdresser to understand my hair type. And I can honestly say that I would only trust Michelle with my hair.

1st visit and made to feel really welcome. Sort of explained what I was looking for as not had my hair done since b4 covid19, Michelle went through what she was going to do and she has done a great job. Hair now feels really healthy and even though I've gone shorter I can still change it up for going out or leave to dry. Absolutely amazing! My first visit but I will definitely be going again. I just had a bad experience with another hairdresser and I hated my hair but Michelle not only fixed it but made my hair look more amazing than I could imagine (I got a subtle Balayage). She uses the best products including Olaplex and Dylan which she truly believes in and made my hair so soft and shiny. She’s the best at what she does and keeps up to date with the latest trends and research so she’s very knowledgeable. She’s so welcoming and lovely and spends all her focus on you so it really is a personal one on one experience. If you’ve never tried this place before I couldn’t recommend it more!
