Great hair dressers (Meg is my go to wonder woman). She is conscientious, very skilled and lovely. I have been going to her for years. The owner is very kind and nice. They know how to cut Asian hair! :)

After 15 years, I was so pleased to find that this hairdressers was still open! Megs who did my hair was brillant. She was attentive to hairstyling needs, the appointment was on time and it was a good experience as I remembered it. Thank you Bzar!

I have been here a few times. This time I booked via email and got an appointment the same week. Decent ladies haircut for £52. My favourite hairdresser so far has been Akemi- she really listened and checked in with me during the haircut. I was pleased with my wash and cut. Staff are friendly too!

I was curious to try a Japanese hair Salon to see how the experience was and how it differed from European Salons. The staffs was really sweet and interested in knowing how I wanted my haircut done. They also recommended some things I could have done with my hair style. The lady who cut my hair was really nice. She wasn't rushing at all to finish quickly , made me feel at ease immediately and overall she did a great job. I will definitely come talk back!

Been coming to this salon for 5 years now. Never disappoint every time. Worth every penny. Even these days when i'm not living in London i will still spend 3 hours journey to come for my hair cut. because i know i will be in good hands. The staff are always so attending and care for every detail. Confident vote from me.

Very reliable Japanese hair stylists - have been coming here every few months for years to get my hair cut and styled. They definitely know how to cut Asian hair very well; I've never left feeling unsatisfied at how I looked afterwards. Service usually includes a wash, head and shoulder massage. Appointments required in light of Covid pandemic but it is now open again (as of July 2020).

Meg did my hair with the assistance of Lisa and I couldn’t be happier. Nice environment & nice music. My hair looks really good, I have bushy hair and they made it look smooth and healthy. Very happy with the colour and cut too. Will be going back!

Overall a pleasant experience! First time at B Zar and got my haircut done by an Italian hairdresser- Frankie. He was nice and friendly. We talked about the hair cut I had in mind and I showed him a picture, he quickly got what i want and on top of that he also gave me some suggestions. First started off by washing the hair and then the haircut and massaging. Absolutely delighted with the haircut and I highly recommend Frankie. And price is reasonable too! The only downside is that the minimum for card is £100. So, make sure you got some cash on you!

As an Asian, I am quite particular with haircut due to the thickness and straight nature of my hair and have tried multiple hair salons in London. I finally found my trusted hair salons! A Korean one for perming (they dont make my hair curly, but wavy to boost volume as requested) and Bzar for colour and hair cut. Great service and customer experience as expected from a Japanese hair salon. I am very happy with my hair cut and have received a few compliments about the highlights! My hairdresser was very attentive and skillful. They are not cheap, given the location, but not too expensive either.

Very professional, caring and gentle staff. It's not cheap (£37 for men's hair cut) but you will be very confident that you are in good hands. I had a terrific cut with Moe - will definitely come back!

This place is amazing! Totally unpretentious and chilled. Staff are professional, friendly and they really listen to what you want. I've been meaning to go there for a long time and finally did today and now i wish that I'd made the effort to go there every time I've needed a haircut! You get a really good massage too. So good.

I've been a loyal customer for the past 8 years, and have always been impressed with the Japanese stylists who are very good at what they do. I have very straight hair which the Japanese and other Oriental stylists are amazingly good at working with. Unfortunately recently I had the misfortune of having my hair done by a Brazillian guy (yes, B:Zar has started employing non-Japanese/non-Oriental sylists!!) which was a real disappointment. He was very friendly but seemed very inexperienced, hesitated a lot, the blow dry took far too long and dried my hair out too much, and what is usually a 30-40 minute job for the other stylists took him 1 hour to complete. My haircut turned out wonky and simply looked chopped in parts! Had to resort to doing some corrective work myself in the mirror at home. Please B:Zar, next time, hire qualified people!

Being in the world of design myself, I know the annoying human trait of only ever reviewing when something is rubbish....well I'm breaking the trend! B Zar is my all time favourite place to get a hair cut, I used to go 6 years a go and finally got to go back today and they are still awesome! I had a request for an understated Teddy boy style ( I'm not even sure what that means myself??) and Yoko absolutely nailed it, if you want a place that is friendly and very good at cutting hair, look no further. Cheers Yoko hope you like the sticker :) Ps . I think the one bad review must be a competitor or has mistaken B Zar for somewhere else as that is complete tripe.

I was booked with Frankie was very good, did a lovely cut and colour, recommended a conditioning treatment which was really lovely... when I went to pay.... I was sorely disappointed when after spending £140 I was told by the girl on reception that day that the credit card payment charge, usually paid by a shop, had to also be paid by me. I thought to have this small charge put on the customer was bad customer service and totally unfair considering the amount I had spent. So on principal, that would be the only reason for me not returning. Shame.
