I visited this salon on the 23rd of November 2021 - arriving from Paris for a gala event. Sue was very kind to take me last minute - the salon is located very close from Euston and Saint Pancras Eurostar station. Sue made me feel very comfortable and offered that I have another style than what I usually have (simple straight hair blowdry) and she was right as it was for a gala event. I would recommend Sue and would definitely return there for another event I will have in London. Thank you Sue also for all the talks, I spent a super moment relaxing.

I go up to London especially to have Sue cut my hair. I've been coming to this lovely salon for more than 10 years and just love it. Always get a great haircut, a chat. I get so relaxed there I have been known to nod off slightly while my hair gets a fabulous blow dry. It's friendly and definitely worth every penny!

I recently had my hair cut and coloured at Bibas, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff are lovely and the stylist was very helpful with working out what sort of cut and shape I wanted, as well as advising me on the colour. It could've been a scary experience-decided to go from very very long hair to very very short! But there was no pressure, I was talked through it all as he cut, and I absolutely love my short hair. The highlights look very natural. Overall very pleased.

Can’t speak to the hair services, but I got my nails done here and it was not great, seemed to be an issue with the formula? They were supposed to be gel and they kind of scrunched up on my nails, and the appointment was rushed too. They fit me in for the appointment which I initially appreciated but then it ended up being seriously stressful to be rushed and then messed up. I went back eventually because they started to come off my nail after only a few days & I got them redone, but even then my nails were completely ripped because of the handling of getting the gel off, and the color of the nails was almost translucent? It was supposed to be dark purple... should be more opaque in my opinion. I would recommend going somewhere else for nail treatments. But like I said I don’t think this should be also considered necessarily true for their hair services, as different people do nails & hair.

Had my virgin bikini wax here and I am VERY happy with the results. Quick, friendly service. The therapist was lovely and really put me at ease. Her name was Natalie and I cant recommend her highly enough.

Hairdressers are like dentists - once you find a good one, you stick with them. And we've been coming here since I can't remember when, it's that long and they're that good. Highly recommended.

I usually go here for waxing. Ever since I been here do not want to change the place or the therapist. Friendliest and professional treatment. They are accommodating and understanding while booking appointments for you. Of course the therapist I go to she is skilled, friendly and kind.
